@Bowie11, Let me tell you, if i advertise a property and say 2years, all that have come to negotiate said One year then whats your business,Am I the Landlord who owns the house? then go ahead and do what ever you want to do. I dont give a damn uhmm. All i can do is to leave you to go and get one year rent elsewhere and then do what ever you want to do, yours wouldnt be the first and its not new and then lets seee, because if we didnt see then you are nothing but a foool, You will see. No matter who you are i tell you Go TO HELL. No wonder someone can take you all around lagos looking for houses ,if you are been paid 30k a month why not go and live on the sea, without seeing what you want and all you can do is to come to nairaland and start complaning, I just wonder who you are and what kind of human being you are. I just wonder some people behavior at times is what leads them to trouble. So man I dont want to fucking know who you are I said it. So if you think you are planning something bad against me just watch it and them let it fly, if you bear the consequence too pleading will not solve it. Tell me where I break the law? and tell me what evidence you have, or tell me where i stand to be a criminal on here, or did someone tell you i collect money from him on a house? you are nothing but a fool. You're just bragging thats all I can say. and you will show me what I did, if i did someone bad. I am just too sorry for you. Just Bleep off uhmm, I dont bloody care. |

All you could do is to have a VALUER determine the value of the land for you at a FORCED SALE VALUE and you present the valuation to the STATE or you submit it.
