Hello guys, I will appreciate if someone can kindly explain the sticker visa application process. I'm seeing a link to download form on VFS site. Is it actually a paper form one will download and fill? Or this is an old process? How will one schedule an appointment please? Also, do you have any idea of how early can one secure an appointment? Is a physical portrait photo required? If yes, how many please? If you also have information on the fees to pay at VFS, kindly share. As one needs all the info one can get before going to those guys, who are notorious with extortionist practices. I was once issued a 1-year SA visa like 3 years ago, I gave an agent to sort out then. I want to apply by myself this time around, is there anything I need to do to secure this 1-year visa again? cc: antzlaive Bolaji16 hunee Sojeezy247 Africankel ...and other good samaritans. ![]() |
ozymes:I always use Alliance or Axa-Mansard. |
ozymes:1 year. My last France visa, I also did 1 year insurance but was given 6 months visa. Thanks. |
adeniranfam:It was successful, 1 year given. I had 6 months earlier. There was a crowd of people to pick up, so we should expect more testimonies here. Documents submitted during my application include company CAC documents, employment letter, pay slips, personal dom account, company account, cover letter, pictures of previous visas, pictures of previous visits and hotel and flight reservation (both unpaid). |
Just received application ready for collection email. Biometrics date is 31st Oct - Frequent traveller. |
Chelseaboy101:This is concerning. Currently awaiting feedback, biometrics was done on the 31st of October 2025. |
This is a good investment. Any investment in Lagos is a good investment. Its a good strategic move for the FG to invest in Lagos lines early enough. Lagos and the FG are partnering on a lot of good projects, like the Lekki Seaport, Lekki Airport, Lagos Red line and now this Green line metro. Other states should open their eyes and bring good project with prospect to the FG for a partnership. If not because of our clannish mindset, there is nothing stopping even other states from investing in such a good enterprise. Lagos metro is going to be forever profitable if run efficiently. It will be an investment to reap from for years to come. |
Skydivine:Kindly be informed that Appeal and Supreme Court rulings follows the ruling of the simple majority of the sitting justices and not one person’s judgement. The ruling of one of the justices that makes up the majority can be used as the lead judgement. If you are conversant with court judgements, you should have read about dissenting judgement. Those are the judgement that did not follow the majority ruling. Appeal court election cases are usually made up of 3 justices. Supreme Court are usually made up of 5 justices, except for serious matters requiring constitutional interpretation where the full panel of the court made up of 7 justices sits to adjudicate. The full bench of the Supreme Court is expected to be 21 or 23 not sure of which, but from time to time changes due to retirement, death, resignation etc. The chief Justice does not necessarily have to sit on all cases. It is more of an administrative/managerial role. |
BabaO2:They are being smart. Instead of FG subsidy to improve distribution infrastructure, it would seem they are using the Band A revenue for the needed improvement in the distribution infrastructure and then increasing the customers on Band A gradually as soon as a particular distribution zone is made ready. It’s a win win for all parties. The Discos, the FG and the customers. |
givedemwotowoto:The information you are requesting is already in my previous post. This is the highest power supply ever. |
Yes, in Victoria Island, Lagos. Our company did not buy diesel in September, 2024. The first time in post-covid years that we did not buy diesel in a particular month. |
Milito:Wait 24hours |
Now recruiting for a Plumber. Vacancy for waitresses also reopened. |
stKorea:If you are the Uber type, you can just put the address on Uber and it’ll easily take you there from Ojota. If Uber na long thing and you do not mind Lagos danfo buses, enter bus going to CMS from Ojota. Drop at CMS and enter bus going to VI and stopping at Eko Hotel roundabout. TLS is a walkable distance from the last stop at Eko Hotel roundabout. There are roads in different direction at this place, and may be confusing for someone not familiar with the area, so you need to identify the one called Ajose Adeogun, which hosts Zenith bank Head office. TLS is just few buildings away from Zenith bank head office and on same side of the road. The TLS office itself is 2 buildings from the roundabout. It’s just about 1 or 2mins walk from the roundabout on the right side of the road when you walk downwards the Ajose Adeogun. You are not going to get to Zenith Head office before getting to TLS office. I just used the Zenith Head office as a landmark. Ensure to budget like 1.5/2hrs commute time. It may not be up to that, but I’m sure you want to avoid any surprises. |
nepapole:Cats! |
Restaurant92:To assist others who may have similar question in the future. It took a week, which was inclusive of a public holiday. TLS thereafter called the passport owner for pickup. |
Does anyone have knowledge of how long it takes to have a mistake on the vignette corrected after re-submission of passport to VAC? The intended correction is on the visa validity period. |
