you mean I should go with my new passport with a written note? Will VAC accept it cause what is stated on the passport request .was the old passport number?

Hello Everyone,
Anyone with good experience to guide me.
I got a passport request from IRCC,my old passport of 5months validity but, I already I just got a new passport (5years validity)
What do I do to be able to submit my new renewed passport of 5yrs to the VFS Centre huh

I don't want to make any mistake. I have 1month to submit my passport .
