Warehouse will open tomorrow, full activity commences immediately. In the process of time, I will list some names of the warehouses for those visiting regularly.

We may not be giving update like before because we can afford the running costs again.

We have huge commitment towards our investors, pending money to be paid, so in 2020 we won't add to our burden by paying people for regular update.

We have to first build our loss capital, work on the re-payment plan, then pay our debt while hoping that sales will improve in 2020 to boost our cash flow.

The 2020 INV PKG ROI is subject to sales and cash flow, even though we intend to maintain the 7% interest standard. But there is every possiblity that it may fluctuate from 3-7% due to the available of cash flow but it won't be less than 3% and more than 7% in other to build company capital which will ultimately help us to explore all the opportunity awaiting us in 2020.

It is a common knowledge that no business can survive without sales - capital - investment.

For over 3yrs our investment plan which started by given 10% ROI was later cut down to 7% but overtime we ran into several losses due to economy instability and poor sales.

It is obvious that people that desires to buy do not have the financial capacity to do so. Which means people want something but no cash backing. No business can survive without good sales and effective financial management.

Hence, for 2020 investment PKG, sales will play a major role on how much goes to our investors each month, but we will maintain our 7% ROI which is NOW subject to sales each month. There is every possiblity that the economy situation will improve in 2020, If so, it will help us to build our loss capital, pay up our debt and share good profit each month this coming year.

I am inviting people (investors) maybe 2-3 to come and partake or join us to build this useditems business which is capital base of over ₦100m investment. This business has a brighter future in this part of the world, I believe with more capable hands, we can help more people to earn a living wage.

It is a known fact that many people through this platform now have access to various Warehouses where they visit to buy stuff to make ends meet, we can open this doors to many more by building this business to alleviate poverty in this country.

Thus, the first thing on our agenda for 2020 is to build back company loss capital, focus more on sales and generate more cash flow and pay our debt (the company is owing some of our old investors even though they're still standing to support us).

I believe together we can open more doors to people and make a living. We have access to various useditems in warehouses both home and abroad, this opportunity is inexhaustible, with this opportunity we intend to help as many people as possible.
