Nice one. I'm thinking of using this for a really small project, a 6m cube residence, and I had a few questions:

- how soundproof are the walls, comparing to concrete blocks or bricks?
- how much does this cost, and how do you price it (per square meter?)
- do you also do internal wiring after you install drywall, or at least conduits?
- how long would it take to install in this building plan below:

The partitioning we'd need are marked with the orange arrows

Thanks for you response. Was able to communicate with another Nairalander by name Dominion Decor through calls and emails. He gave me some useful and good insights which i have passed on the person that will do the job. It is a small area that iam blocking.

@REVAMPINTERIOR. Iam considering blocking a section of my house sitting room. I do not want to use cement block. Iam looking at a partitioning and somebody suggested a thick glass but iam more tuned to wood because of cost and also because i can decide to remove it future. What do you think.

Wow I love the picture above me. But If I might ask can you make the glass a little bit transparent like the ones we see in the foreign movies e.g Suits ?



Also sir, the picture of that house painted orange, I mean the picture above with a TV. Are those beams PRECAST ? or POP ? or CASTED CONCRETE BEAM ?
