TRUTHFUL TUESDAY TEACHINGS:

Today’s little lesson came from Baby Light.

She had a plastic bottle of drink with a straw and was determined to sip from it. The only problem? She didn’t quite understand how the straw worked yet.

She tried… nothing.
Tried again… still nothing.

She kept biting the straw, turning the bottle, looking confused, and trying again and again. It honestly looked like it wasn’t going to work.

But Baby Light didn’t give up.

After several failed attempts on our previous outings, something finally clicked on this outing.

Sip!

And just like that, she got it! The excitement on her face was priceless, like she had just unlocked a brand new skill.

Watching her reminded me of something simple but powerful: sometimes success is just on the other side of “one more try.”

In everyday life, many of us stop when things don’t work the first few times. We get discouraged and feel like maybe it’s not for us.

But today Baby Light showed me that learning often comes with confusion, mistakes, and many failed attempts before the breakthrough finally happens.

So if something isn’t working yet, don’t quit.
Try again.

And maybe one more time after that.
Because sometimes, all it takes is one more try for the breakthrough moment to happen.

Just pray misfortune never falls on you as well.

So many things I've learnt as a wife.

My husband's belief about Magic money is, when there's physical cash in the house, it attracts more money to the house.

Sometimes, Magic Money just stay in the house for months without being spent, because the money is not meant to be spent, except there's a pressing need and has to be replaced as soon as possible.

Mum wanted taking pictures of the money she was about saving. Baby Light's Dad calls it, "Magic Money".

When Baby Light came crying all the way from her room, as soon as she saw money, she stopped crying. 😂

Magic Money is money not meant to be spent but hidden somewhere in the house for emergencies.
