Information indeed is power and like Pastor Kalejaiye of RCCG would say if you're not informed, you'll be deformed In life you must be careful of how you spend your time, if not you would waste it. Most of these guys would collect information on Nairaland for free and be selling to people, do you blame them? No, dem sef go chop na lol, I blame the buyers who can't do research on their own. I always tell people and QDLVY shares the same opinion that the best thing to have happened to Nigeria is NAIRALAND

That's how one of them let's call him Mr A sold one rubbish importation book to my friend for 7k in 2013 or so on mini importation when it was reigning, I told my friend why would you do such, he said you can't get the information anywhere that it's only those of them that have the book that can access the websites and sellers listed, I just laughed. My friend would praise this guy that he's this he's that, fast forward to 2014 we all met at our Chinese agents place to clear our goods and one of the Chinese sellers that Mr A sold to my friend sent down inferior items to Mr A himself, I bought the same item from China and Mr A was dumbfounded because I got original. He couldn't ask me because of his ego, I was later told he asked the clearing agents about me and they told him I've been buying quality and I sell to a lot of people like him who don't know the sellers and end up buying fake. He later approached me and I gave him the link free of charge

Nairaland have about 2M people and I'm sure it would have more 200k active youths who are jobless, but instead of them to make use of NL for good, they're on the romance/celebrity section chasing clout and wasting their time. Some times i see people post here on Nairaland "I'm a graduate, I got a teaching job for 30k per month, should I take it" and I would just laugh, on this same Nairaland, somebody will sell 1 AIN phone and make that 30k at once, goto business section, goto properties, goto auto/cars people are making millions what's the difference between the two of them? Information even though both of them are on the same NL platform.

That's why in a organization, result matters, your effort doesn't do much if you can't get the job done. Back in the days around 2007, we only visit Nairaland for information on music. My friend Hustla would ask me, if I have heard Mode 9's new song we were young, no responsibility you can blame us. My moniker was after IK of Big Brother when he was still using the name, I couldn't do without listening to radio or be on the music/radio section of NL to argue things out lols. But from the day Hustla got his pink mini laptop here when mini laptops just came out to when he also got his iPhone 3GS in 2009 or so, we knew Nairaland is not just for music and longer, we started using it to make money. I would buy Modem here, sell to people outside Nairaland, met the likes of Initialize who was using Nairaland to cash out big time even as a student in UNILAG then.

Lastly, I wanna appreciate all the legit dealers (buyer seller picker resellers and low ballers ). Keep up the good work and I know the sky is our limit, God will crown all our efforts IJN. Shalom

Nairaland has been more of a blessing to me and my family..
I became a phone dealer without shop all thanks to nairaland.. buy and advertise on jiji and OLX (now extinct) and make sales within my city.
I now have many business bosses..
Chisomk9.. bobo65.. henrixx.. twale
And many business associates.. too numerous to mention
