I think an important demarcation needs to be drawn between being informed versus being conventionally educated. There are lot of conventionally educated people who have BSCs and Masters degrees but who aren't informed beyond what they've been thought in school and the only knowledge they have is the little remnant of what they've been able to recollect from the mountain of useless information that they were forced to memorize. And given the economic climate of our country, having even a Phd doesn't guarantee financial success.

I'm not a lady, but if I was to advice any lady, I'd say that they should be more concerned with marrying intelligent and informed men, as opposed to those with degrees. An intelligent and informed man can become financially successful through various mediums even if he doesn't have a masters or a Phd. If a woman is only concerned about how conventionally educated a guy is and makes it an important criterion in choosing who to marry, then she is in error.

Like u won't apply if u r eligible. Guy nothing cn be done for now till next election. Maybe u don't know what kogi students r passing through. Na to chop any small thing wey dey available before voting him out 2020 by God's grace.

In my humble opinion biochemistry should scrapped from all Nigerian high institutions. There unemployment rate is too high. It has no value in nigeria. it should be taught to only medical and health science students.

as if there is a course that guarantee u immediate employment ds days in Nigeria

I swear guy I thought it's my school alone. Here in Bayero University Kano, Biochemistry commonly known as BCH is the most revered course I know. Even medicine students who have to do a Biochemistry course in level two are mostly afraid. The course fails people a lot

wrote one biochem. as an elective. elective oh.. in my Yr3... failed the Cuz.. wrote it in my year 4.. still fail it.. had extra year bcus of the Cuz.. wrote it again in my extra year twice.. I don't understand the Cuz bcus of the structures.. saying this bcus I leta pass the cus.. thank God. The lectures.. especially the first lecturer that took it the first time... she can't even teach the Cuz. bcus when bch students ask her questions she gets confuse.. Most of them are saddest sha
