EXPRESSION OF INTEREST for the
Engineering, Procurement, Construction and
Commissioning (EPCC) of a New Boil-Off Gas (BOG)
Compressor for Nigeria LNG Limited
INTRODUCTION
Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) plant complex is located on
Bonny Island, Rivers State, Nigeria, consists of six Natural Gas
Liquefaction Trains with a total capacity of 22 million tons of
Liquefied Natural Gas Liquids (NLG) per annum with associated
gas receiving, treating, storage, loading facilities as well as
utilities( Electrical Power Generation, Water, Air, Nitrogen etc)
and support infrastructure (Offices, Residential Accommodations,
School, Hospital, Airship, Jetties etc).

NLNG intends to install a New-Boil off gas compressor of
its plants complex in Bonny Island Rivers State.
NLNG hereby invites interested reputable companies with
relevant brand field projects/construction experience in
Gas Production Plant, Oil Refineries, chemical power Plants or
Similar Heavy Industrial Facilities to submit an Expression of Interest
(EOI) for the purpose of prequalification for the Engineering,
Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning of the
New-Boil off Gas Compressor at the plant complex in bonny Companies
considered to have met Prequalification requirement will subsequently
receive invitation to tender for the works with detailed scope of work.


SCOPE OF WORKS
Contractor shall be required to provide interfacing,
project management,personnel, equipment, materials and other
services required to deliver the following:

I. Engineering: Including designs of process systems, civil and
structural works, mechanical works and general facilities.
II. Procurement of required equipment and materials including Long
Lead Items (such as drain pumps, heat changers, 10KVA
transformer, Quench Vessel etc) and bulk materials including but
not limited to pipes and pipe fitting, civil/ structural materials etc.
III. Construction works covering of a 5Kg/s cryogenic compressor and
associate civil/structural works, mechanical, electrical and
instrumentation works including equipment integration.
IV. Commissioning works covering testing and commissioning activities
(Ready for Start-up) and training.


PRE-QUALIFICATION INFORMATION
Only companies considered to have met NUNGs
equipments shall be involved in any further correspondence
NLNG is committed to compliance with the Nigerian
Content Act 2010 for the Nigerian Content Development.

COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION
NLNG intends to award a lump contract in Q3 2019,
for a period of up to 3 years (inclusive warranty
period). Site construction work shall be carried out in
the Industrial Area of NLNGs plant complex in
Bonny Island, Rivers State, Nigeria.

SUMISSION OF RESPONSES
Submission in response to the above requirement shall
be completely strictly in accordance with the
instructions given in this publication, segregated and
arranged in the order indicated.
Submissions are encouraged where there is an existing
and proven alliance between companies with diverse
and distinct competences which make up the full
scope of this advertisement. Such companies with are
advised to summit their interest as one party. For
multiple companies alliance similar review and
assessment of each company shall be done and
disqualification of one party automatically
disqualifies the alliance or Joint Venture (JV)
companies, hence, no one company documentation
(such as Tax Clearance certificate of Incorporation,
DPR, NCDMB requirements, HSE, QA/QC policy
etc), can suffice for the JV companies.
