Mandate:

What is Heaven?

There is Heaven, there is Heaven of Heavens.

Sometime the word, "heaven" is used symbolically in Scripture. When used of an actual place, Scripture speaks of three heavens.

God, however, is certainly not limited to one geographical place

Three Types of Heaven:

(1) First Heaven: This referred to the sky and atmosphere (clouds, birds). Genesis 6:7.

(2) Second Heaven: Outer space (stars, planets, sun, moon). Matthew 24: 29.

(3) Third Heaven: The dwelling place of God and Christ, often referred to as Paradise or Heaven of Heavens.
Deuteronomy 10:14, Ephesians 2:6, Philippians 3: 20-21, 2 Corinthians 12: 2.

For the purpose of this study, we shall be discussing the third Heaven (God's Abode)

How I became a Candidate of Heaven and Deeply Rooted in Christ Jesus:

(1) MY ORDINATION AS A MAJOR PROPHET CAME FROM HEAVEN

In late 2018, shortly after I became born again, I had a dream, seen someone sitting beside me, showed me heaven / sky, and I saw the word, "Major Prophet" boldly written in heaven, a vehicle (SUV) was placed beside it.
God ordained me by Himself as a Freelance / Independent Minister Jeremiah 1: 5.
Subsequently, in another encounter, I heard the Holy Spirit, calling me "Woli Agbaye" (Global Prophet)
And for further confirmation, subsequently, the Holy Spirit has called me "Prophet" several times, and I have been used by God on several occasions to do the job of a prophet both locally and internationally.
In December 14, 2018, God made me an Intercessor for the United States, served in that capacity for seven years, then, in late 2025, having grown in spirit, God made me an Intercessor for all nations, shortly after, God made me a Shepherd for the lost.

(2) I WORE A CROWN OF GLORY IN A DREAM

Around 2019 or 2020, I had a dream, saw myself wearing a CROWN, and subsequently, the Holy Spirit confirmed it as A CROWN OF GLORY.
A Crown of Glory is an Eternal Reward, an Honour, given to every Believer at the Entrance of Heaven, symbolizing A JOB WELL. DONE ON EARTH.

Anchor Scripture:

1 Peter 5:4

And when the Chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

(3) MY MINISTRY CAME FROM HEAVEN

Having grown in spirit, and became an Intercessor for all nations, in January 9, 2026, God personally created a ministry for me, personally named it in a dream as thus:

"NEW NATION GOSPEL MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL"

The Commission has two sub-ministries, God named them as thus:

(1) New Nation
(2) The Lions Club

New Nation is a Whatzap Group, created by God for the purpose of leading every member to heaven

The Lions Club on the other hand, is also a Whatzap Group, specially designed by God for Prayer Requests purposes.

Phillipians 3: 20-21.

Everything in this regard, has heaven in it even the scriptures, everything was personally done by God even the scriptures given.

That is why I said, "MY MINISTRY CAME FROM HEAVEN"

And for formal education, I have a Degree in Business Education from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria (UNILAG), I also went to a Bible Institute, called Word Of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI), under the Living Faith Church / Winners Chapel, Worldwide, Nigeria, did Basic Certificate Course and Leadership Certificate Course respectively.

(4) THE SCRIPTURE ANCHORED TO MY MINISTRY, GIVEN ABOVE, PHILIPPIANS 3: 20-21, ALSO SAYS I AM A CITIZEN OF HEAVEN, THUS:

Philippians 3:20 - 21

20 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ,

21 who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.

(5) EPHESIANS 2 :6 ALSO SAYS I AM SEATED WITH CHRIST IN HEAVENLY PLACES, JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER BELIEVER

Ephesians 2: 6

And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,

BY THIS ENGAGEMENT, AS MY ORDINATION, MY MINISTRY, MY ENGAGEMENT WITH CHRIST, ALL CAME FROM HEAVEN / ABOVE, THAT MEANS I DON'T BELONG TO THIS EARTH, I AM FROM HEAVEN / ABOVE,

AND THE BOOK OF MARK 3: 31, SAYS,,

"HE THAT IS FROM ABOVE IS ABOVE ALL",

THEREFORE, NO POWER OF DARKNESS ON THIS EARTH CAN RESTRICT OR AFFLICT ME, THEY ARE ALL UNDER MY SUBJECTION INCLUDING THE CHIEF DEVIL HIMSELF - SATAN.

Satan, foolish on earth.

This is the evidence that I AM DEEPLY ROOTED IN CHRIST JESUS

Colossians 2: 6-7.

And I pray for myself, as I started my ministry well, grace to finish strong, necessary to make heaven and receive my Crown of Glory as revealed to me in the dream, I declare the grace upon myself now in Jesus Mighty name, amen!

I also pray for you, grace to do the will of God and obey all His commandments, necessary to make heaven, receive the grace now in Jesus Mighty name, amen!

Thank you Jesus!

I glory in Holy Spirit.

Unto Him alone be the glory forever, amen!

COURSE OF ACTION:

There is a saying, "FOLLOW THE LEADER".

As God has made me an Heavenly Candidate as proven above and a Leader, leading people to heaven, IF YOU CAN FOLLOW ME, YOU TOO SHALL GET TO HEAVEN IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!

WHAT TO DO:

If you are a sinner, you MUST do the following:

(1) Repent
(2) Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Personal Saviour
(3) Do Water Baptism: you shall receive the gifts from the Holy Spirit

Having done all these, you shall be saved, be cleansed, experience the peace of God, be blessed, and secure ETERNITY.

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Say this prayer after me:

"Lord Jesus, thank you for this salvation experience, I am sorry for all the sins I have committed, today, I accept you as my Lord and Personal Saviour, I surrender everything unto you, let your Spirit begin to lead me, today, I am born again and I promise never to go back to sin again, help me Lord, in Jesus Mighty name I pray, amen!

(2) I WORE A CROWN OF GLORY IN A DREAM

Around 2019 or 2020, I had a dream, saw myself wearing a CROWN, and subsequently, the Holy Spirit confirmed it as A CROWN OF GLORY.
A Crown of Glory is an Eternal Reward, an Honour, given to every Believer at the Gate of Heaven, symbolizing A JOB WELL. DONE ON EARTH.

And when the Chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

(3) MY MINISTRY CAME FROM HEAVEN

Having grown in spirit, and became an Intercessor for all nations, in January 9, 2026, God personally created a ministry for me, personally named it in a dream as thus:

"NEW NATION GOSPEL MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL"

The Commission has two sub-ministries, God named them as thus:

(1) New Nation
(2) The Lions Club

New Nation is a Whatzap Group, created by God for the purpose of leading every member to heaven

BY THIS ENGAGEMENT, AS MY ORDINATION, MY MINISTRY, MY ENGAGEMENT WITH CHRIST, ALL CAME FROM HEAVEN / ABOVE, THAT MEANS I DON'T BELONG TO THIS EARTH, I AM FROM HEAVEN / ABOVE,

AND THE BOOK OF MARK 3: 31, SAYS,,

"HE THAT IS FROM ABOVE IS ABOVE ALL",

THEREFORE, NO POWER OF DARKNESS ON THIS EARTH CAN RESTRICT OR AFFLICT ME, THEY ARE ALL UNDER MY SUBJECTION INCLUDING THE CHIEF DEVIL HIMSELF - SATAN.

I AM ABOVE ALL.

This is the evidence that I AM DEEPLY ROOTED IN CHRIST JESUS

And I pray for myself, as I started my ministry well, grace to finish strong, necessary to make heaven and receive my Crown of Glory as revealed to me in my dream, I declare the grace upon myself now in Jesus Mighty name, amen!

As an Intercessor for all nations, yesterday, March 26, 2026, the Holy Spirit commanded me to intercede for President Trump over his recent idea of seizing Iranian Kharg Island as the Iranian Government refuses to cut a deal with the United States, seizing fire in the country.

As of late March 2026, many nations are blaming Iran for the failure to accept ceasefire proposals in the ongoing Middle East conflict because Tehran has publicly rejected US-led peace plans, deeming them "maximalist" and "unreasonable". Instead of pausing, Iran has continued to strike regional targets, aiming to dictate its own terms for ending hostilities, which includes compensation for damages and recognition of its authority over regional waterways.

Over that issue, via revelation, the Holy Spirit gave me the following prayer points, thus:

"Father, reveal every word of truth and gospel of International standard".

Holy Spirit says further,

"He (Trump) has already prepared on what to do"

PROPHETIC INTERCESSION:

(1) Father, thank you for your intervention in bringing about peace in Iran wars, among other disputed nations in the Middle East.

(2) Father, let your Will be done upon Iran

(3) Father, reveal every word of truth and gospel of International standard over Iranian conflicts, among other disputed nations in the Middle East.

(4) Father, according to your Word in the book of Deuteronomy 10:14, "Heaven and Earth belong to you, therefore, by that authority, take charge of Iran, and control their Kharg Island by yourself for the benefits of all nations across the world.

(5) Father, by your authority, declare Iranian Strait of Hormuz opened now, for the benefits of all nations across the world, for life, forever.

(6) Father, by your authority, use President Donald Trump for the realization of your Will upon Iran, among other disputed nations in the Middle East.

(7) Father, I ask for divine protection for President Trump and his family, do not allow any evil to befall them.

As an Intercessor for all nations, today, March 25, 2026, the Holy Spirit commanded me to intercede for Iran over Disaster Management in their current wars against the United States, Israel, among other Gulf nations, necessary to bring healing, comfort the land and ensure peace reign in the Middle East.

Disaster management in Iran during the current conflict (early 2026) is heavily strained, focusing on civil defense and managing massive displacement.

UN agencies and local partners are attempting to deliver emergency aid, health kits, and shelter to overwhelmed areas.

There is a need to shift focus from purely emergency response to proactive risk management and strengthening, particularly for rural communities where 71% are exposed to risks.

PROPHETIC INTERCESSION:

(1) Father, your word says, "in everything we should give thanks", therefore, on behalf of the Leader of Iran, first of all, I thank you for what you have done for the nation and the people

(2) Father, I ask for your Will to be done upon the land.

Intercession To Declare Strait of Hormuz Open Ones And For All For The Benefits Of All Nations Around The World

What is Strait of Hormuz?

The Strait of Hormuz is a critical, narrow maritime chokepoint between Iran and Oman, connecting the Persian Gulf to the Gulf of Oman. As of March 2026, it is experiencing severe disruption due to regional conflicts, with Iran imposing transit fees and strict conditions, restricting a route that usually handles ~20% of global oil/LNG, leading to high rise of oil price around the world, affecting virtually everything in the world.

As an Intercessor for all nations, I am concerned about the issue of the Strait of Hormuz, therefore, on behalf of all the Leaders of all nations around the world, I intercede, declaring that territory open ones and for all for the benefits of all nations.

INTERCESSION:

(1) Father, by the authority of your word in the book of Deuteronomy 10:14, heaven and earth belong to you, therefore, Strait of Hormuz along Iranian territory, take charge of that territory now and declare it open ones and for all, for the benefits of all nations around the world, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!

(2) Father, I ask for Ceasefire in the Middle East, let there be peace in the region, now and forever, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!

Intercession To Declare Strait of Hormuz Open Ones And For All For The Benefits Of All Nations Around The World

What is Strait of Hormuz?

The Strait of Hormuz is a critical, narrow maritime chokepoint between Iran and Oman, connecting the Persian Gulf to the Gulf of Oman. As of March 2026, it is experiencing severe disruption due to regional conflicts, with Iran imposing transit fees and strict conditions, restricting a route that usually handles ~20% of global oil/LNG, leading to high rise of oil price around the world, affecting virtually everything in the world.

As an Intercessor for all nations, I am concerned about the issue of the Strait of Hormuz, therefore, on behalf of all the Leaders of all nations around the world, I intercede, declaring that territory open ones and for all for the benefits of all nations.

INTERCESSION:

(1) Father, by the authority of your word in the book of Deuteronomy 10:14, heaven and earth belong to you, therefore, Strait of Hormuz along Iranian territory, take charge of that territory now and declare it open ones and for all, for the benefits of all nations around the world, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!

(2) Father, I ask for Ceasefire in the Middle East, let there be peace in the region, now and forever, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!

My ordination is from heaven,

Prophetic Intercession For Nigerian Sailors - Holy Spirit

"We sit at the brim of United States, delivering people, humble, entertain the world".

Today, March 24, 2026, as an Intercessor for all nations, by the leading of the Holy Spirit, I was commanded to intercede for Nigerian Sailors to guard against oncoming waterways disasters or prevent frequent waterways accidents.

Fatal boat disasters are frequent in Nigeria due to overloading, poor boat maintenance, and night travel, causing hundreds of deaths annually. Major incidents, often on the Niger and Benue rivers, have resulted in over 400 deaths within six months, with common causes being collisions with submerged logs and heavy rain.

Key Recent Disasters (2021–2025)
Kwara State (2023): Over 200 passengers were on board, with at least 169 people drowned.
Niger State (2024): A boat with over 300 passengers capsized, killing roughly 150 people.
Kebbi/Niger State (2021): A wooden vessel holding over 150 people broke into two, with over 150 feared dead.
Sokoto State (2025): A boat carrying over 50 passengers capsized near Goro market, with over 40 missing.
Zamfara/Taraba States: Multiple accidents, including one in Zamfara killing 41 out of 50+ passengers.

PROPHETIC INTERCESSION:

(1) Father, soak every Nigerian Sailor into the blood of Jesus, and do not allow any evil to befall them especially when they are sailing in the name of Jesus.

(2) Father, I ask for divine guidance for Nigerian Sailors to always navigate, sailing successfully on the waterways

(3) Father, I ask for your protective hand to be over all Nigerian Sailors, shielding them from dangers, accidents, and perils of the sea.

(4) Father, you are the one who rules all the waves, therefore, you will calm turbulent seas and protect vessels from storms and every other natural disaster.

(5) Father, I ask for your protection over Nigerian Sailors navigating high-risk areas, including conflict zones or waters prone to piracy/hijacking.

(6) Father, I ask for your hand over the structural integrity of the ships, that engines, equipment, and navigation systems function perfectly. 

(7) Father, I ask for strength to confront the challenges of the deep, especially during long periods away from home.

( Father, I ask for alertness, wisdom, and sound judgment in duty, particularly during critical decision-making or in times of crisis.

(9) Father, please, let every ship always safely reaches its intended port /destination.

An aviation accident is an event during aircraft operation that results in serious injury, death, or significant destruction. An aviation incident is any operating event that compromises safety but does not escalate into an aviation accident.

These days, incidence of aviation accidents around the world are becoming alarming and it is a huge concern

As of March 2026, several aviation incidents have been reported, including a Cessna 172 crash into the Hudson River and other general aviation accidents involving a Vans RV-8, Piper PA-22, and a hot air balloon, largely handled by the NTSB (.gov). Early 2026 data indicates incidents involving a Colombian Lockheed C-130E and a United Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 8.

INTERCESSION:

(1) Father, I ask for divine protection over the aircrafts around the world, their crew, and passengers, let there be smooth travel from takeoff to landing.

(2) Father, I ask for wisdom, alertness, and steady hands for pilots, and safety for flight attendants.

(3) Father, I ask for peaceful skies, reduced turbulence, and a smooth, uneventful flight whenever people are flying around

(4) Father, I ask for the removal of fear and anxiety, replacing it with peace and trust in God's protection.

(5) Father, I ask for your hand over the most critical parts of every flight around the world.

(6) Father, your word in Psalm 121: 7-8, says, "The Lord will protect you and keep you save from all dangers", therefore, let the scripture work for every passenger, pilot, and crew at all time

America, Best Army In The Whole World, Not Best Air force And Navy - Holy Spirit

Contrary to this claim by the American President, among other Americans, that the United States is the best military nation in the world, but today, March 28, 2026, as an Intercessor for United States, among other nations, the Holy Spirit ministered to me, saying,

"America, best Army in the whole world".

Interpretation:

The Holy Spirit didn't say, BEST MILITARY ( Army, Air Force, and Navy), He used the word, "Army", meaning, Air Force and Navy are not inclusive.

In other words, it means, America is only the best in Army but not in Air Force and Navy.

We can therefore, conclude by saying, the award for the best Air Force and ( Navy) could go to either Russia or China or any other powerful nation.

BUT ACCORDING TO THE SAME HOLY SPIRIT, UNITED STATES REMAINS THE SUPER POWER OF THE WORLD, A GREAT NATION.

Then, yesterday when I was google searching the reason why Iran is unable to attack United States mainland directly, but only attacking American Bases in Gulf countries, today, the Holy Spirit responded, saying,

"The US, they are defending Iranian War on Military Schedule".

Recently, as a Prophetic Intercessor for all nations, the Holy Spirit commanded me to intercede for what He called, "REGIONAL CONFLICTS"

Meaning, God now intervened in the ongoing wars in the Middle East, wants CEASEFIRE and restoration of PEACE in the region.

I intercede again, saying:

FATHER, LET THERE BE CEASEFIRE IN THE MIDDLE EAST, AND RESTORE PEACE IN THE REGION, IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!

America, Best Army In The Whole World, Not Best Air force And Navy - Holy Spirit

Mandate:

"We sit at the brim of United States, delivering people, humble, entertain the world".

Contrary to this claim by the American President, among other Americans, that the United States is the best military nation in the world, but today, March 28, 2026, as an Intercessor for United States, among other nations, the Holy Spirit ministered to me, saying,

"America, best Army in the whole world".

Interpretation:

The Holy Spirit didn't say, BEST MILITARY ( Army, Air Force, and Navy), He used the word, "Army", meaning, Air Force and Navy are not inclusive.

In other words, it means, America is only the best in Army but not in Air Force and Navy.

We can therefore, conclude by saying, the award for the best Air Force and ( Navy) could go to either Russia or China or any other powerful nation.

BUT ACCORDING TO THE SAME HOLY SPIRIT, UNITED STATES REMAINS THE SUPER POWER OF THE WORLD, A GREAT NATION.

Then, yesterday when I was google searching the reason why Iran is unable to attack United States mainland directly, but only attacking American Bases in Gulf countries, today, the Holy Spirit responded, saying,

"The US, they are defending Iranian War on Military Schedule".

Divine Intervention In Regional Conflicts.

What is Regional Conflict?

Regional Conflicts refer to unrests / war activities happening in a particular region.
In this case, it refers to the ongoing wars in the Middle East, wars between Iran and Israel, among other neighbouring countries.

As of March 2026, the Middle East is experiencing a major, multi-front war involving Israel, the U.S., and Iran, resulting in airstrikes and significant regional instability. Simultaneously, long-standing conflicts continue, including the Israel-Hamas war, Syrian civil war, and Houthi actions in Yemen, contributing to severe humanitarian crises.

The wars escalate everyday and it has gone beyond human control, and if care is not taken, it will affect the whole world, crumble global economy, destroying lives and properties.
That is why God intervenes to help restore peace as He currently commanded me to intercede for the affected nations.

Prophetic Intercession For The Disputed Nations Across The Middle East:

(1) Father, on behalf of the Leaders of the disputed nations and territories across the Middle East, first of all, I thank you for what you have done upon the nations.

(2) Father, I ask for your Will to be done upon the nations.

(3) Father, let there be release of grace to the affected nations.

(4) Father, according to your Word in the book of 2 Chronicles 7: 14, I ask that you hear from heaven, forgive the sins of the affected nations, and heal their land.

(5) Father, let peace of God which surpasses all understanding reign in the Middle East, and bring an end to all conflicts, wars, and bloodshed.

(6) Father, I ask for peace to reign in Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, and Oman.

(7) Father, I ask for divine wisdom, knowledge, and understanding for every Leader of the disputed nations, necessary to be able to lead their countries effectively and efficiently.

(13) Father, I ask for divine blessings for economy growth, stability, and abundance upon the affected nations.

(15) Father, heal the hearts of those who have been hurt by violence and trauma, and comfort those who are mourning the dead.

(16) Father, provide urgent food, clean water, and medical care to those cut off by conflict, and protect aid workers on the ground.

(17) Father, by your authority, destroy every spirit of fear, hatred, and destruction that is inflating conflict in this region.

(18) Father, strengthen and protect the body of believers in these nations, that they may be a beacon of hope and light in the darkness.
