It is very interesting, seeing many Nairalanders, washing their dirty linen in public, arguing blindly that THERE IS NOTHING CALLED HUMAN SPIRITUAL FATHER.

Spiritual fathers!

When Peter asked Jesus a very serious question:


“We have left everything to follow you! What then will there be for us?” ‭Matthew 19:27 NIV‬

What is Jesus' response?

So according to Jesus if anyone has left a father to follow Jesus will he be blessed with many fathers?

Are those many fathers his biological or spiritual fathers in the Lord?

Well there is nothing wrong in having many spiritual fathers but then there is one father we all have who has the final say Jesus said that is our heavenly Father! Matthew 23:8-10 compare to John 20:17

So what is the practical application of these scriptures?

Just as children are to obey their parents in line with the what God said {Ephesians 6:1} all our spiritual fathers should be in union with the Lord so that there won't be contradicting counsels from those we view as our spiritual fathers! 1Corinthans 1:10; 1Peter 3:8

This means if two elderly men aren't in agreement regarding doctrine then they are not sound spiritual fathers but worldly fathers who teaches children according to their own thoughts unlike Jesus who always teaches his disciples (children) just as his father taught him! John 5:30

Every Word of God is TRUE, whether it is spoken by Paul or Jesus, but the problem here is, CONFUSION, you guys are confused, as a result, teaching FALSE DOCTRINE.

It's good to hear about your experience. But you see, God is good at doing things in his own way, nobody tells him what to do or how to do it. God can choose to show you via dream/trance as you stated it up there and for another person(s), he can choose to convince him/her through other route.

I think all that mattered here is the SPIRIT OF GOD, through which God does his conviction. God knows too well that dreams can be manipulated, sounds can be manipulated, etc... but when it comes to spiritism, it can only be the spirit of God or the spirit of devil, it can never be manipulated, provided we have discernment.

I don't have strength for argument.

I believe I have taught you enough, whether you believe it or not, it's left for you.

It's a good thing that we both agreed on the point of one spiritual father instead of many.

On the issue of choosing, yes I can choose one for myself as far as the spirit of God inside of me is still very active. Or let me ask, how do God assign a spiritual father to an individual?

From my experience, GOD ASSIGNS A SPIRITUAL FATHER TO A BELIEVER THROUGH DREAMS, VISION, AND TRANCES.
ISome of the ways of descerning a revelation whether it is from God or devil.
(1) If it is from God, the revelation will be Progressive or continuous.

(2) If it is from God, the revelation must be linked to scripture(s)

Pastor E.A. Adeboye is my own revealed Spiritual Father.

I started dreaming about him since either late 2018 or early 2019, shortly after I was ordained directly by God as a Major Prophet in a dream. Jeremiah 1:5.
(1) The first dream, I saw myself assisting Pastor E.A. Adeboye as his Subordinate, going somewhere, but I noticed my leg was not touching ground, and I was moving faster

(2) Second dream, I attended a church program where Mummy Adeboye was ministring, and I performed one Spiritual exercise with white handkerchief

(3) Third dream, I saw their Son, Leke Adeboye

(4) Forth dream, I interacted with Pastor Adeboye again, I suddenly saw his photo on my book cover, I showed him, he got surprised.

(5) Fift dream, very recent, Pastor Adeboye and I among some other people like 8 were in a building within a place like Redemption Camp, Pastor Adeboye went upstairs, I was waiting for him downstairs to lead him to probably his house within the Camp, as he came down, suddenly, he complained about back pain, and wanted to collapse, I have to hold him, so, he rested on my arms, and I shouted THIS IS A WITCHCRAFT ATTACK!
I asked one of the people in the room to give me water to give him, someone brought the water, I gave him, he drank it, then, I prayed for him, saying YOU SHALL LIVE, YOU SHALL NOT DIE IN JESUS NAME (Psalm 118:17) then, I shouted, ordered everyone within the room to vacate the room and leave only Daddy G.O. and I alone, then, I challenged the witches responsible for the attack to show up for me to combat them, then, I woke up.

Immediately I woke up, I was able to interpret the dream that GOD WANTS ME TO BE INTERCEDING FOR PASTOR ADEBOYE AS I PRAYED FOR HIM IN A DREAM, ATTEMPTED TO FIGHT FOR HIM.
So, I started interceding for him professionally, him and his family on daily basis.
Progressive revelation, Holy Spirit confirmed it, as He instructed me to be interceding for him.
Being a Senior Pastor doesn't mean that he doesn't need the prayers of his younger ones, even, in bible Moses, despite being a prophet, he needed the help of Aaron to help him raise his hand during a battle with their enemies before he could succeed.

That's how God works.

These are the ones I can remember, however, I also had a dream or other dreams about the church RCCG.

So, these dreams and the scriptures quoted, are enough evidence that Daddy G.O. and I have something in common, are on the same journey, same family, he is my Spiritual Father, but he doesn't know me in real life

So, this is how you can identify your Spiritual Father,through REVELATIONS and scriptures, NOT by choosing him by yourself without being guided spiritually.

A life without divine guidance, is a life in chaos.

There is a type of Anointing called, Abiding Anointing, when you have it, He will teach you all truth, train you to disregard FALSE TEACHING / DOCTRINE from men.

By the grace of God, I have the Abiding Anointing, and that is what keeps me going.

Anchor Scripture:

1 John 2:27:

As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him".

Seek the in-filling of the Holy Spirit today, and become wiser.

But YOU HAVE TO BE BORN AGAIN and DO WATER BAPTISM before you can be filled with the Holy Spirit

You fit get 100million spiritual fathers make you still get a semi-detached bungalow for hell fire .. Jesus took to himself God as his father and also gave himself to twelve as a father. It sounds more like one being confused or being a prostitute to be having many fathers.

In simple terms, there are times I listen to bishop oyedepo's sermon and also jump on daddy Adeboye's message, but that do not make them my spiritual fathers. That particular one that I follow his pattern, through thick and thin is my father.

As you follow multiple Church leaders (Bishop Oyedepo, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, and others) you cannot personally choose a Father among them, if you choose wrongly, you're LOST.
When you're lost, you loose Spiritual Coverings.
Losing Spiritual Coverings means being exposed to possible Spiritual attacks.
If you're fighting Spiritual Warfare of any kind, you must be under spiritual coverings, or else, you may easily become a victim.
Only God assigns a Spiritual Father to a believer in purpose.
That is my own personal experience.
Holy Spirit taught me this.
And it's in line with scripture, thus:

Corinthians 4:15-17

15. Even if you had ten thousand guardians in Christ, you do not have many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel.....
