please what of BSc Nigeria AND MSc Nigeria, please what applies? will waec be requested?

Let me give you a few scenarios.
1. Bsc Nigeria and Masters foreign
a. Present both- WES will ask for WAEC
b. Present Masters- WES will not ask for WAEC

2. Bsc foreign, Masters Nigeria
a. Present both- WAEC required
b. Present Masters- WAEC required.

3. Bsc and Diploma Foreign and or Masters foreign
a. Present all- WAEC not required.

Please i just tried registering into ECA I got to a linkand was asked to input institutions receiving my reports, please am i supposed to input new institutions. please see image below

Hi everyone. Nice job you're doing here @hanna007. I've actually been reading up on this route for a while now and could only get info on canadavisa. Couldn't seem to find any related post on nairaland till I stumbled on this today... I'm close to the end with my ICES thank God. Documents were received on Mar 28. Planning on taking IELTS within the next month so I'm pretty hopeful about this thread...
