Well this is one method which I came across in one blog  from Naran Sir who is reiki master,  master in alternate healing, bach flower therapy and many many more modalities...

We all have many people or so called enemies or some other unrelated people who dislike us or are jealous of us  for some reason or no reason. Similarly we too have a bunch of people that we do not like ...especially those who trouble us...cause us harm by their deeds or words....All this causes immense mental agony and mental distress to us...These conflicts actually drain our energy and affects our aura... It affects our everyday life and our own peace of mind....We already have so much of stress in our life....We do not want to add this. So how to deal with people who cause us trouble, or who fight with us as and when we encounter them knowingly or unknowingly?..

Well to begin with , we have been taught by our ancestors to pray to deity, that they believed in... This eventually became our limited belief...Christians pray to Jesus , Muslims offer their prayers to Allah, Hindus pray to numerous deities like Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesh , Lord Krishna etc....
Ya...a section of society is atheist...non believer in God....
Infact so many wars took place on planet Earth, only because each sect wanted to prove, that their religion, sect and their deity were more superior than the other’s faith...
In present day, most of the people just follow some ritual because they have been asked by their ancestors or their fraternity to do so... So the question is ...Is it bad to pray to any deity that we believe in?
