We need to always say thank you to our gallant military men who are risking their lives for us. Anytime you see some safety or rescue, some set of armies has paid the prize with their lives either by death or with severe injuries.

Some will say it is what they are paid for, but ask yourself "can someone pay me 100k to die saving someone else"?
Even those that run to get the job for income means at first, now later exchange that energy and motive for the passion to see peace reign in Nigeria. Because they later discovered that the financial benefits does not worth it. Let us show them love when we see them in the public or any place.

God rest the soul of all fallen heroes

God bless and protect those still in active service
God bless the citizens of Nigeria and keep our nation safe.

I think the solution to this current problem is for Nigerians to stage a protest that "No security in Nigeria, No elections come 2027". All Nigerians should make it known to this polithiefcians that even when the tenure of this current administration runs out without any end to insecurity the military must take over.

It is obvious that we can't fight this insurgency with our paforated compromised democratic system. The current situation is a war not dialogue and only the military answers that perfectly. What these polithiefcians are doing now is fighting cancer with paracetamol.

NOTE: It is time to put on hold party rulership in this country, let only an entity that can wage war against external and internal enemies take stage until we return to where we once belong.

Although creating state police is a good thing considering the insecurity we are currently battling in the country but at the same time I hope this won't be another war to the citizens on the long run due to police brutality.

My opinion if I could be heard, is that state policing will increase police brutality tremendously if not handled proactively and effectively by the law. Adequate trainings and mental checks must also be done routinely to those force men so we don't create another monsters.

NOTE: Don't be surprised to later hear that bandits are also recruited into the state police job eventually to sabotage the new approach. So the recruitment processes must be very rigid, thoroughly srutinized and also fair.

I'm not a supporter of the president but this article is heavy on sensationalism. There is nowhere that chicken is being sold for 40k in Nigeria. No poultry farmer can be that stupid. 9 weeks chicken went for 8500 yesterday in my location. Yes things are bad but let any picture being painted have a basis in reality.

Mr Omnipresence, because you are in every location in Nigeria at the same time to know that Chicken is nowhere sold for 40k abi?

Even if you are not Tinubu's supporter as you claimed, your write up already shows that you are his offspring and you will most likely do worst than him if you have any chance to get in the corridors of power.

Now by the way, the said chicken that was sold in your your location, do you care to know the source, maybe they are stolen chickens from another farm or state that the seller decides to come sell it at your location at cheaper price.
Moreso, even if it is not stolen, do you know what it cost the seller to produced them in contrast to other farmers. Maybe it cost him little, unlike another farmer. I am a farmer and I know what it takes to raise a broiler from day old to maturity. So 40k well matured 4kg broilers is worth every pounds in this economy.

Please always demonstrate that you are learned by considering variables that determine costs of any product expecially in this economy before spewing with your keyboard.

Ok let me help you guys out here... You've said it all first you need to download the SEB app on your computer with a webcam... The last one I did for OAU Teaching hospital recruitment... There was a supervisor looking at me and I think she also communicated to let me know that I am being monitored... So you have to be careful.... About what to read, current affairs, also basic stuffs about what you applied for... I wish you all the best... I got employed last year as well after many years of waka for bush...

But it is a remote cbt, meaning we are going to write it at our locations.
I don't think there is any past questions because this cbt test for university (especially for academic) recruitment is a new trend.
For practice questions, we can just brush up on use of English, quantitative reasoning and general knowledge.
Those were the areas Uniport, UI, and Unilorin examined.

This is what the mail reads:

Important information about the test:
- The CBT will be conducted remotely and will be proctored (live online supervision).
- You must ensure you have a computer with a functional webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
- Ensure your camera is functioning to allow the AI proctor to monitor you throughout the test.

What you must do now:
1. Carefully read the attached guide – it contains instructions on how to set up the Safe Exam Browser (SEB).
2. Prepare your computer – install the required software (SEB) and test your webcam.
3. Log in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Please note: Failure to follow the proctoring rules or to prepare your computer properly may result in disqualification.

I'm not familiar with this proctoring rules, as I have never done any remote test before.
I will read the attached pdf document to know if I will need support on setting up the proctoring.

Thanks, I received a similar message too in my mail. Just as you said, I have carried out a lot of research about it and no records of past questions was gotten. So am keeping my fingers crossed to prepare adequately as possible with other relative materials available online.

The proctoring is artificial intelligence monitoring sensor that serves as an examiner against exam malpractices. Avoiding any form of lapses in concentration on camera and environmental noises that can red flagged the exam is key.

Good evening everyone.

Three days ago, I was using my phone camera around 12:30am late at night, in which I took many shoots and didn't bother to view all the images.

Eventually, today I used my phone camera in taking some images of my newly bought puppy and while taking a look at the puppy's images, I bumped into one of the pictures I snapped three days ago inside my sitting room.

The image I saw looks unimaginable and I couldn't remember taking a picture of anything that looks like that inside my palour. Moreso, nothing of such was in my sitting room at that time and even now. I was the only one there. Immediately after sighting this, I asked the people around me this question, "Do phone cameras have the ability to capture the unseen world? Then I showed them the image.

Nairalanders, please kindly take a look at it below. Also, you can zoom it to have a proper view. Am open to listen to your opinions on what the image could be.

Three days ago around 12:30 in the midnight I was using my phone camera in my sitting room. I took several shots but unfortunately I didn't view all of them until this evening when I used my camera to snap my newly bought puppy the I discovered this particular image captured by my phone camera three days ago.

The first question I asked myself and the people around me was that, "Do cameras have the ability to capture the unseen world"?
