I can't contest the first part with you; though to claim that everyone was pulled out, one would first need to know the actual count of people in the building at the time it collapsed. But I could at least ask you about the details of how the people who were rescued were verified dead at the point of the rescue. However, you were not able to answer that question, leading me to believe you were probably just telling tales.

In all 3 cases reported, there were no mentions of emergency personnel being present at the locations during or after the events to at least attend to the wounded and or at least confirm the dead. But there were reports, and there is video evidence that at one of the 3 locations, what instead showed up were coffins to pick up bodies for burial.
