Interrogation and a search at his residence police added led to recovery of one cut-to-size double barrel gun.
The spokesman, Edo Police Command DSP Chidi Nwabuzor disclosed this to journalists in a statement issued in Benin City, yesterday.
“The Command on 23/4/2019 arrested one Mr Frank Ikhuebor, a cultist and serial killer who was on a mission to kill one Mr John Osasumwen Evbomwan.

He said he was the vice chairman of vigilante group in Asoro area as he just went out to commence protection of the area when he was nabbed.
“I was a butcher in , I have renounced four years ago. I swore to affidavit in court, it was even published in newspaper.

EducationNigerian man discovers after DNA at US embassy that his son is not his by Richardjohn113(op):
According to Rita Ebiuwa who shared the story on Facebook, the man was planning on relocating to the USA when he discovered the shocking secret his wife had been keeping away from him.

Read below.

Just heard a most disturbing news this morning when a friend (male) called to tell me that the DNA test the US embassy did few weeks ago is out and its proves that his two ‘children’ a boy, 21yrs and the girl 17yrs are not his

He decided to do it because he was planning to relocate them to the US since he is a citizen and as such the US embassy demanded for it

The man was never married to the woman before they had the children. In one of the guy’s visit to Nigeria, that was when he met the woman and they started dating, when the guy went back, the woman called that she was pregnant.

Few years later, he came back and continue the relationship with her without serious commitment.

It is very obvious she did it deliberately because the man lives in the US probably better than the man who impregnated her, just wanted to trap the man
What is wrong with our women these days, is it foolishness or unfaithfulness that is making them commit such horrible crime?

Why not abort the pregnancy when you know you are not sure of the paternity? Why force it on an innocent man?
She should take the children back to their real father to save the children of the stigma of being a bastard
God really want to punish her otherwise she should not have agree to the DNA and imagine the trauma the children would be now after knowing that the man they call father all these years is not

The same woman is happily married to another man, the question is, will her present husband trust her with the kids she had for him?
God please comfort my friend, l know what he will be going through now

EducationTension In Aso Rock, As Supreme Court Release Emergency Statement On Who Actuall by Richardjohn113(op): 5:30pm On Apr 30, 2019
The Supreme Court, has on Monday, cleared the air on who controls the highest court in the land.

The Apex Court, in a lengthy statement published by Post Nigeria, made it crystal clear it does not take orders from President Muhammadu Buhari, as it remains an independent arm of government.

The statement signed by the Director, Information and Press, Dr. Festus Akande, also denied reports that six of its Directors were behind the exit of the former Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Walter Onnoghen.

The statement reads: “It is imperative to let the public know that the story is misleading, ill-informed, and obviously calculated to fan the ember of discord, and as well whip up premature sentiments.

“The Supreme Court of Nigeria is an organised and well-structured arm of a government, that is governed by well-defined rules and regulations, which all staff are expected to observe and align within their daily operations.

“The Nigerian State, as it is well known, has three arms of government which evidently make provision for the Executive, Legislature, and the Judiciary. As it is in practice, these three arms are mutually independent, and largely enjoy the separation of powers; thus for anyone to insinuate that the Executive or the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, is the one dictating to the Chief Justice of Nigeria on how to run the affairs of the Supreme Court, or the kind of disciplinary measures to mete out as a form of the internal discipline of the staff for whatever reason, is both false and logically defective.

“In his capacity as the Head of the Nigerian Judiciary and the Supreme Court in particular, as it was then, Hon. Justice Walter Onnoghen had no cause to seek external advice or intervention in the discipline of his staff, if such the occasion had arisen. Similarly, the alleged six Directors or what the publication referred to as “ASCON 6”, have no cause or power whatsoever to plot against Justice Onnoghen, as reported in the publication.

“Let it be noted that the President and Commander-in-Chief, has never interfered or meddled into the internal administration of the Supreme Court, let alone granting audience to the six Directors, with a view to plotting Justice Onnoghen’s down fall, on the grounds that the former Chief Justice of Nigeria allegedly failed to heed to the President’s advice of sacking them, for the alleged “massive underhand dealings”.

“As for the Finance and Accounts Department of the court, there is no power tussle between three Directors, as the current Acting Director, Alhaji Gambo Ibrahim, came in from the National Judicial Institute, on secondment for a specified duration which has not yet elapsed.

“Once again, it is necessary to caution peddlers of misleading and divisive rumours, to always work in tandem with their conscience before hitting the public domain with their usual avalanche of falsehood, that will end up doing no one any good. There is no fracture or dislocation in the internal administrative mechanism of the Supreme Court.

“Evidently, the entire publication is replete with falsehood and garnished tales, as there is nothing like “anti-Onnoghen campaign” group among the Honourable Justices of the Court. This claim could aptly be taken as a fairy tale that only dwells in the imagination of the Author and his informants. The Supreme Court Justices have no camps, groups, or any form of division in their ranks as alleged. In reality, they are even more united and cohesive in the discharge of their judicial functions and service to their fatherland.”
EducationLady Sees Dead Husband In Another City by Richardjohn113(op):
Lady Sees Dead Husband In Another City. A lady fainted when she saw her alleged previously deceased hubby, who passed away in 2017.

A lady fainted when she saw her alleged previously deceased hubby, who passed away in 2017. The lady fainted when she saw him during the Easter holidays. The woman could not believe that it was him; she then started following the guy.

Ghanaweb says the alleged dead husband was seen with his 25-year-old girlfriend. The male himself is 55-years-old. The wife followed the couple to a guest house that they were staying in. The woman asked the manager about the bookings of both the husband and his girlfriend. The manager acknowledged that the couple was staying in the guest house the evening before.

The woman dialled the authorities to come to the area so that her story can be verified. When the authorities got to the area they found the couple passed away. The manager says that the couple came to the guest house intoxicated and “started kissing as soon as we gave them the keys but don’t know what happened next.”

A police commander told an interviewee of a local radio station that they went to the area when they received the phone call from the lady. When they got to the area, the couple had already passed away. “We believe their death was caused by over-excitement but we are still investigating,” says the police commander. The story of the woman saying that the husband passed away two years ago has not been verified yet.

EducationBuhari’s May 29 Swearing-in Under Threat, As 13 Electoral Officers Make Powerful by Richardjohn113(op):
The Presiding Officers in their respective Witness Statements of Oath, in support of the petition filed by the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, challenging the election of President Buhari, of the All Progressives Congress, APC, stated that the electoral body had during their training, instructed them on how to transmit the results to its server.

The submission of the Presiding Officers were to lay credence to the petition of Atiku and the PDP, wherein they alleged that INEC pulled down the official results from its server, and consequently replaced it with a doctored one to favour Buhari.

The position of the Presiding Officers, however, contradicted the submission of INEC, who had earlier stated in its reply to the petition, that the results were never sent to its server.

All these were contained in Atiku’s reply to the objection filed by the APC, who is the 3rd Respondent to his (Atiku) petition before the Presidential Tribunal, wherein he is challenging the election that produced Buhari as winner.

Recall, that INEC had declared Buhari as the winner of the February 23, election, having polled 15,191,847 votes, to defeat his closest challenger, Atiku, who polled 11,262,978 votes.

However, Atiku in his 139-page petition before the Tribunal, stated that from the data in INEC’s server, the true, actual, and correct results, showed that he (Atiku) secured a total of 18,356,732 votes, against Buhari’s 16,741,430 votes.

On its part, INEC stated that there was no result in its server, and that the Presidential election results were not transmitted electronically.

Nonetheless, in reaction to paragraph 29 of the 3rd Respondent’s reply, the Petitioners averred that the data and scores in the 1st Respondent’s server, were as transmitted by the 1st Respondent’s Officials, and those scores are valid, and legitimate.

Atiku, through his team of Counsel, led by Dr. Livy Uzoukwu (SAN), had listed about 13 Presiding Officers from different Wards in Borno and Yobe States, and also attached their Witness Statements on Oath.

According to one of the Presiding Officers: “I was employed as an Ad hoc staff and trained for three days by the 1st Respondent, at the Government College, Maiduguri, Borno State, to serve as a Presiding Officer (PO) at Waliri Polling Unit, with Code 003, of Shehun Barna Ward, Borno State, on the 23rd of February, 2019, Presidential and National Assembly (Senate and House of Representatives) elections.

“The training covered the duties of all 1st Respondent’s Ad-hoc staff at the polling units, and the procedure for the conduct of election which includes accreditation, verification, authentication, collation, and transmission of results, as well as the use of Smart Card Readers (SCR), among others.

“At the 1st Respondent training, we were specifically instructed that the use of the Smart Card Readers for accreditation, verification, authentication, collation, and transmission of results is mandatory, and that any election conducted without the use of the Smart Card Readers, would be invalid

EducationIGP Adamu plots to move Police PR School from Kwara to his home state by Richardjohn113(op): 3:10am On Apr 20, 2019
There is palpable anxiety over a plan to relocate the Nigerian Police School of Public Relations in Ilorin, capital of Kwara State, to Nasarawa, the home state of the Acting Inspector General Police, Mohammed Adamu.

The construction works going on in the school has been suspended pending further directives from the police hierarchy.

Situated on a vast land lawfully owned by the Nigerian Police in Ilorin, NPSPR is among key infrastructural projects captured in the Federal Government’s Economic Recovery Growth Plan of 2017 to 2020.

Documents obtained by PRNigeria indicated that the Police School of PR School project, which was conceived by the Police Management in 2017, was approved by the Presidency and captured in the 2018 Budget by the National Assembly.

The former IGP Ibrahim Idris had in July 2017 inaugurated a Committee of Professionals, Senior Police Officers and Force Public Relations Officer to set up the Nigeria Police Public Relations School.
With the endorsement of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, the police management team approved a memo from the then Force Public Relations Officer, Jimoh Moshood, on the establishment of the school in Ilorin and the appointment of CP Emmanuel Ojukwu (retd) as the Provost.

The contract for the project was awarded and payment made to the contractor who immediately commenced the construction of the structures that included auditoriums, classrooms, offices and other facilities in the school.

The ground-breaking foundation laying ceremony of the school in Kulende area of Ilorin was performed by Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Works, Olalekan Oladipupo, in the presence of eminent personalities, including retired top police officers and traditional rulers.

Receiving top police delegation in his palace after the foundation laying ceremony, the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, praised the Federal Government for siting the image-making school in Kwara State and pledged the support of the people in ensuring the speedy completion of the project in the Emirate.

Ojukwu said the school project was a further confirmation of the desire of the leadership to bequeath to the police and the entire nation a platform for the proper training and development of the police personnel on the art and science of public relations in a most conducive, peaceful and central city (Ilorin) in Nigeria.

However, the planned relocation of the project to another state in the North Central has generated a lot of controversies as people are wondering that how could a project of such magnitude that went through all due processes overnight be relocated from its original site to another state despite the level of work already carried out on the site.

Commenting on the issue, the Chairman of Third-Estate Forum, a think-tank group in Ilorin Emirate, Mallam Ahmed Bolaji Nagode, maintained that Ilorin remains the best option for siting such a landmark project.

Nagode said: “The work in the school has been suspended as we learn authoritatively that the current police hierarchy is planning to relocate the project to Nasarawa State.

“The current location of Nigeria Police School of Public Relations in Ilorin, a major town that links the South and North, made it central and accessible to all parts of the Country.

“Don’t forget that it also has an International Airport for air travellers and higher institutions of repute that could support the school academically.
“There is therefore no justification for PR School to be relocated to anywhere else.

“We had seen how some key Federal Government’s institutions were relocated to other states in the past.
“We can’t continue to tolerate that considering the fact that the latest project was passed into law by the National Assembly and was approved by President and Commander-in-Chief, Muhammadu Buhari.”

The Force PRO, Frank Mba, however, denied the claim that the NPSPR’s project was either stopped or suspended pending its relocation to Nasarawa State when PRNigeria called him.
