Thanks bro. We took her to her town, hoping her family will help save her from an attack. So, while on our way to her town from Lagos, she died. At that point, as expected of anyone, my dad should have ordered the driver to turn and head back to Lagos, from Ibadan since we've not gotten to her town which was still far from Ibadan, but he didn't do that.

Taking her corpse to her parents nearly cost him his own life, too, as they were angry for seeing their daughter being returned dead when she was given alive. I didn't even realize the fact that she was supposed to be buried in my dad's house at that young age, but as I got matured the act bittered me. That it is improper for husband to take his wife's corpse to her father's house. The best would have been to call the parent for them to come see the corpse in his house and make arrangement to bury her in his own house, after all, he wasn't living in a rented apartment.

As a married woman no family will accept the body of their daughter to be buried in her paternal home. That is why we strong recommend every woman live peacefully with husband.

They do this a lot in Asian continent. More so, in Africa, it is now more or less a culture to bury family members who died at the same or almost same time in the same place so as to pass down the unfortunate story of chain of death (Akufa) to their descendants who come visiting their family compound in the village.

I understand what you are saying, but how many people will know it is a mere analogy.

Of course, death is inevitable for all. However, no one should die a premature death.

I'm glad that I'm writing this post today as it will definitely save someone some time in the nearest future. How I wish my late mother listened to his uncle before her painful demise. She was warned by her blind uncl to stay back for some time when she visited her family that evil was looming in the atmosphere.

But work and other urgent matters that needed to be attended to at work made her leave in time, and she died few weeks after.

To cut things short, we realized her elder sister died a few weeks back when we took her corpse home for burial. The whole town almost went upside down as her mum, my grandmother, was still alive when all these things happened.

Straight to the point, someone attacked her elder sister spiritually, which led to her death. Mind you, that evil woman did not kill my mum directly, but her evil work affected my mum indirectly because there are some death/corpse that when not attended to the proper traditional way after an evil attack it can lead to a family chain of death (Akufa) .

So, to avoid such from happening to you or anyone in the family, immediately someone dies in your immediate family, no matter where they are located, get one alligator pepper and one banana. Open the alligator pepper from your back without looking at it and pour it inside a flat white plate and unwrap the banana and use its whole body to pick up the pieces of alligator pepper without letting any single piece remain on the plate.
