Bro you have problem focusing.. I am like you it took me time to understand this. It's because you either have ADHD or you nuro divergent and when you try to focus and do that one thing you really want to do you dont lose interest you just start thinking multiple things at same time and you lose track for a sec to a min thereby losing track of your study and focus.

There are many ways to help but try use this. It's called NURO GUM just chew two like 30 mins before you start studying and see how you lock in. No distraction. When you spend complete 2hrs looking at your screen without you knowing you will be impressed with your performance and you will assimilate every information like its recorded in your brain.
