Just buy 2 and put the powder in strategic places where you won't have to wash it away when cleaning the car

Buy Rambo insecticide, spray at close of work @ night.
Get a good air freshener ( that is not pungent) that has insect repellent on its label.

Car wash around here are shit, they'll wash car finish, you go pack water out of the car, so that's not an option.
