Thank you everybody for your comments. I have done factory reset because of this twice. It is supposed to be smart phone. There's nothing smart in it when I don't get messages alerts.

Good morning, house. I have a Tecno LA6 Pouviour 1. My challenge with it is that the notifications are always blocked. I don't get notifications for WhatsApp, mail, SMS, etc. I don't get any notifications unless I check for messages.

When I notice, I will go to the settings, under notification and I will enable all app for notifications. Barely an our after, all notifications would have been blocked again. The phone wasn't like that when I bought it. I bought two. One for me, and the other for my wife.

What could have caused this? What is the remedy? Thank you.

What error message does it bring when you try to use OTG? Because I don't think it supports it.

It doesn't display any error message, it just doesn't show any sign or content of the flash drive.

I bought Tecno Pouvoir 1 two months ago but it cannot access flash drive or OTG cord. Please is there a solution to this? Or is there any application I need to install?
