Hello house, please for the past few days now I have been drinking team soda water or krest soda water, I find it satisfying. Everyday I take one , sometimes I take two a day. Funny enough, it aids me in digestion, and i eat like a baby any time I drink it.

Please I need a professional advice, is krest or team soda water , a healthy drink to crave for? Is it good for me to drink one or two everyday?
