Hi there, Really struggling to get a right formation for my team, very soon i'll be up against the best team( pretty much all the best players in the world). He plays 4-2-4 and attacks down both flanks with short pass and defend in own area. But overall i need a effective formation which i can use all the time. Would really appreciate your thoughts on this. Please refer to the attached First and Youth Team. Cheers, Ravi
