The Role
As the Sales Manager, you will be the primary architect of the company’s market presence. You will be responsible for transitioning the business from its launch phase into a dominant market leader by securing high-value contracts and building a robust, results-oriented sales force.

Key Responsibilities
National Sales Strategy: Develop and implement scalable sales frameworks to penetrate the Nigerian market.

- B2B Business Development: Identify and close large-scale opportunities within the Educational, Corporate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Security, and Public sectors.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate KPIs.

- Core Competencies : Exceptional negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles.
- Industry Advantage : Prior experience in Textiles, Apparel, FMCG, or Industrial Manufacturing is preferred.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel nationwide to manage regional accounts and team members.
