No need to have high expectations anymore

This is the most confused Chelsea team ever
No clean formation
No style of play
No creativity upfront
No creative midfielders to circulate the ball
No winger/clean crosses

With what’s going on, nothing for Chelsea in the next 2 years.

How will you even know you're being used as a rebound? It always feels like another relationship, you only see the signs when you're already neck-deep in it and that's if your smart.

TRIBUTE TO NWAAMAIKPE

This is not a death tribute, it’s only a tribute of recognition to a real and rare talent.
First, I retract my previous comments and perspectives about him which is debasing because I’ve always seen him as one jobless childish imbe.cile who only uses all the time in his broke idle life for spewing trash on NL. The little time I knew him here, I disliked him and insulted him because he’s a bigot and many of his posts are outrageous and weird, but beyond his shitty self, I now view him as one mysterious genius. He is a deep intellectual.
Nwaamaikpe many times sound stupid but if one has ever gone through his posts, one will know that he is not stupid. Every of his post has that trace of talent and ingenuity no matter how dumb it may look.
Nwaamaikpe is a clever and composed writer. He is vastly informed; he’s learned; he’s creative; he’s weird; he has great sense of humour; his choice of words is perfect and astounding and at the same time he’s so idle that he has all the time in this life to post on almost every NL thread, and perhaps he still posts on other social media too. I don’t think there is any section or topic on NL Nwaamaikpe won’t know something about, either past events or recent events.
Again, he’s cunningly sarcastic; and his posts are sometimes unpredictable – you won’t know what he’s driving at until you read to the end. He also has a unique way of thinking distinct from others. He is very perspective. There are some surprising things Nwaamaikpe will notice and bring out from a thread that majority will not notice. His posts sometimes are like puzzle to be cracked. There are lots to say about him. The guy is a riddle!
Unlike majority of NLanders, he has a stable style of writing. He rarely posts gifs, pics or funny smileys and he rarely replies back. Nwaamaikpe won’t use funny pics to make his post funny, he doesn’t even need to sound funny; his posts always seem serious but will most times leave you suddenly bursting into laughter.
Many great minds on the net but fvck it, it’s hard to compare Nwaamaikpe because he’s like all-in-one package. Like having all the characters in one person – the funny ones, the serious ones, the unserious ones, the weird ones, the intelligent ones all stuffed into one person.
He’s one astute mind who perhaps might have been one of most famed African writers if he had pursed his career. He has that potential.
Many great people are only missed and appreciated when they’re gone. Da Vinci‘s works are now being unravelled when he’s no more. I’m starting to unravel great potential in this guy.
The unfortunate surprise is how he ended up as a social media nomad who wanders from thread to thread and from forum to forum. Wherever his sorry-ass may be now, it really needs being whipped for settling down for the less and wasting his rare talent. He should have found himself a better path instead.
Anyway, I do believe he’s doing something reasonable and productive by now.
Jobless or weird or stupid or outrageous or bigoted or however he may look, one thing is that he is a great talented mind.
Are you serious?
Is somebody kidding me? And you have this much time to concoct this?

Religion / Re: Pastor Biodun Speaks Amid Rape Accusation, Tells Members Not To Fight Protesters by ricon: 12:31pm On Jun 30, 2019
In a religious society as we have in Nigeria, there will always be gullible and brainwashed people.

Even if one is wrong...two...three...four...and more can't be wrong. Something has happened btw them.

It's unfortunate that as we stand for the right thing, there are many already misled. These people follows Pastors blindly and believe everything they say.

In the same society, a pastor can wash his hands and feet on members head. I'm not surprised.

I'm sure she is happy because she feels vindicated but may I say that even though this issue is about the same character yet it's NOT THE SAME with the experience of Ese Walter.

One is consensual, the other is forcible violation.

He is wasting his time. Christians are gullible and are always looking for miracles and short cuts to success. They can never learn.
Christians is a general tag... Just a reminder

I don't know your religion but I'm sure not all Christians are chasing Pastors for miracles or shortcuts to success as you wrongly put it.

I don't know about formal complaint or court case, Timi has not been speaking in that direction. I'm sure some bigwigs in COZA are begging his family already.

It's instructive, you getting angry with her being a 'celebrity' than the issue at hand.
Far from that, the issue at hand is condemnable already just stating the fact that this rape thing is not new in the society just that these celebrities reacting now heard those cases but never gave it a voice.

Bunch of hypocrites coming out now to speak against rape because it happened to a celebrity wife...

Rape has always been with us and the few people that spoke out never had any celebrity to loud their voices...

Eye service celebrities... Bandwagon mentality. Shame!

So whenever you find yourself complaining about an apperant lack of attention from a busy person, the solution is to just go and get busy with your life and assignment. First of all, discover your specific assignment, your niche, and grow in your influence. Get busy!

This is because recognising each other when you’re both at the top is far easier and effortless than recognising each other at the crowded ground level

That's word!
