shymexx: Bwahahahahahahahathis is cicumstantial evidence. It does not mean he worship oro or belong to any secret cult before his demise. On the other hand, he might came from oro family, oro might even be the deity of his ancestors. Certainly they will do it to eulogise his heroic deed even though the bereaved children, wife and the deceased does not worship oro. They won't stop oro, rather they will leave oro worshipers to do whatever they want or like. So let us think ambiguously. Do not judge. Judgement is of God, the Creator of the universe. |

Culture / Nigeria Is Unique When It Comes To Economy by riddo2(m): 5:50pm On Jul 02, 2013 |
Yes, economically Nigeria is unique. A report came out almost 3 week ago when Mrs Ngozi Okonjo Iweala said that Nigeria economy has boosted and improved but no one feel positive changes, rather aggravated. But funny thing is that if report says "Nigeria economy receives setback, everyone will witness its negative effect quickly, even unborn baby (excepting those in power). You will notice the price hike in almost all commendities. The question is that- who will save Nigeria? When will Nigeria escape and advance? Who are the sources of this problem. These questions are not rhetorical, it must be answered by every Nigerians in affirmative. |
Health / Cell Phones Can Cause Brain Tumor by riddo2(m): 4:29pm On Jun 30, 2013 |
A report by Toronto Public Health in Canada advises children to limit their use of cell phones as much as possible, citing studies that have linked long-term mobile phone exposure to an increased risk of brain tumors. Here is the quote “We think it’s responsible to limit children’s exposure,”follow by the researchers’quote that says”While scientists were pretty dismissive of any risk years ago, with the accumulation of studies, it appears people who have been using their phones for a long period of time are at greater risk of certain kinds of brain tumors.” {TBH} Toronto Public Health recommends and prescribes that children use land lines anytime possible, using mobile phones only for “essential purposes.” When cell phones are used, the report urges children to keep calls less than Ten minutes and to use headsets or other hands-free devices as much as possible. Reducing cellular phone use is especially important for pre-adolescents,that is what some authors says.We must teach our children the ways to use a cell phone responsibly, One expert advised parents. “To make few calls, to use other modes of communication; if it’s possible, use a landline.” Researchers suspect that the thinner skulls and smaller heads of children place them at greater risk than adults from the same degree of mobile phone radiation. Indeed, some studies have confirmed that cell phone radiation penetrates deeper into the brains of children than adults. The use of cellular phones has dramatically increased in Canada over the last over ten years, particularly among Our Children. Approximately 61 percent of children between the ages of 12 in 19 now use mobile phones. The numbers for children under the age of Twelve are not known. The Toronto warning is the first warning against cellular phone use in Canada, and is similar to warnings that have been issued in Europe countries like Belgium, England, France, Germany and Russia. Health Canada, the country’s public health agency, said it had no plans to follow Toronto’s lead. Care must be taken for protection is certainly better than cure. Health / How To Improve And Move Higher Your Sleep by riddo2(m): 7:01pm On Jun 02, 2013 |
Sleep problem is not a new thing. Now, millions of people have difficulty sleeping well. According to one Latin American Specilalist, an estimated more than 30% of world's inhabitants suffer from a problem called insomnia (inability to enjoy sufficient and normal sleep). One Doctor in North America described sleeping badly as one of the most serious epidemics of the turn of the century. To worsen it, many insomniacs stuffs in ignorance. A researcher in one university in Brazil said "as few as 3% are correctly diagnosed. Many simply accept sleeping badly as part of life and resign themselves to spending their waking hours feeling irritated and drowsy" Playing, tossing and turning for hours with your eyes wife open while everyone else has sleeping peacefully is a most undesirable experience. Still, sporadic insomnia lasting a few days is not uncommon, and it is generally related to stress and the ups and downs of life. When insomnia becomes chronic, however, emotional or clinical disorders may be involved and it is important to seek medical help. The causes of insomnia includes- heart and digestive diseases, asthma, movement accompanied by period of awakening. Restless legs syndrome, apnea, closure of upper air passage during sleeping ,alzhemer's disease, depression, anxiety, panic, post-traumatic stress disorder, noise, light, heat, cold, uncomfortable bed or mattress, restlessmate, drug abuse, alcohol etc. According to a neurologist in South America, 90% of Insomnia sufferers can be treated successfully. A medical examination called a polysomnogram has contributed to the diagnosis and treatment of many sleep disorders. Before we go there. A polysomnogram is a group of tests reformed to map sleep while the patient is sleeping under the most normal conditions possible. There are the basic elements necessary for an evaluation. Electromyogram is used to monitor the tonus of chin and leg muscles during rapid eye movement sleep. Electroencephalogram is used to classify and quantify the various stages of sleep. The tracing of electrical activity in the brain. Electrooculogram is used to record eye movements during rapid eye movement sleep. Electrocardiogram is used to monitor heartbeat throughout the night. Respiratory airflow and movements - measured by recording the flux of air through the nose and the mouth as well as the movement of the thorax and the abdomen. Oxyhemoglobin saturation- measurement of the level of oxygen in the alone vessels determined by means of a device called an oximeter, attached to the patient's finger. One of the most common causes of chronic insomnia among adult is related to snoring. If you've ever sleep near someone who snores, you know that this can be extremely uncomfortable. It (snoring) can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, in which the closure of the throat temporarily prevent a sleeper from sucking air into his lungs. Initial steps in treating obstructive sleep apnea syndrome include weight loss, avoidance of muscle-relaxant drugs and avoidance of alcoholic beverages. Some Specialists may also prescribe specific medication or the use of dental appliances or a continuous positives airway pressure machine. In more severe cards, surgical correction of the throat, jaw, nose or tongue must be necessary in order to make it easier for air to enter and leave during the breathing process. Our kids can also suffer from insomnia. The symptoms of sleep deprivation may appear at school- poor scholastic achievement, irritation, lack of concentration- perhaps leading to a wrong diagnosis of hyperactivity. Most of our children fight sleep, they prefer singing, talking or listening to someone telling stories instead of going to bed. This may just be a ruse to get parental attention. In some cases, however, a child may be afraid to sleep because of frequent nightmares related to horror movies, violent news programs, or quarreling in the home, parents can assist in helping them to avoid these problems. Certainly and obviously, medical advice should be sought if symptoms persist. Undoubtedly, good sleep is important and necessary for adults and children.http://howtomovehigher..com/2013/04/how-to-improve-and-move-higher-your.html |

Religion / Re: Pictures & Characteristics Of The Dead Sea by riddo2(m): 11:00pm On Feb 17, 2013 |
Bible is not about religion but book for all people. It was written through the inspiration of God and not by illiterate but eye witnesses. Bible does not contradict but supplementary. Its writters were of different background but there is accuracy. Bible is historical, prophetic, even poetic. Those writters also pened their own mistakes unlike writters of other book. It witnessed itself corroboratively. Prophet Micah prophesised the exact location of the place where Christ will be born. Daniel prophecy and other prophets' prophecies are still fulfilling. Daniel's prophecy was so accurate that critics pronounce it forgery but finally knew the truth. It is the Oldest book, best selling book, commonest or most popular book. It was written for period of 1500 years and its last word was pened about 2000 years ago. That is why those archeologist used it for discovery of ancient's fact. Certainly, it is a book from God; indeed, light for all mankind. |
