I just got the rooting infos from co-softwarers you will get it soonest.but you must have a computer to do that.

Berryman: I've long done d backup. Just make sure u create dis folder "clockworkmod" in d root of ur sd card and goto settings (on d nandroid bkup app) and download one mk...img file. Then when backing up select clockworkmod mode (not twrp). Make sure u av enough space on ur sd b4 proceeding (i needed to av 1.09gb on my fone). By d way, i can't see any image at ur post.

This feature allows for memory boost of the TECNO N3, allowing for internal memory optimization, great multi-tasking, and heavy gaming (i.e. running really large 3d-games)

NOTE: Enabling this fixes the USB mounting issue!!!

Memory boost and fix for USB mount issue:
users have complained that they have been having troubles mounting in USB mode after installing the Gingerbean RPM
solution to this is in four (4) simple steps:

partition SD: how to partition? go herehttp://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/SD_card_partitioning
configure Link2SD, under setting check Auto-link, startup on boot, etc
configure swapper 2, enabling safe mount and safe removal
reboot phone

DONNOT USE THE PRE-INSTALLED SWAPPER FOR ROOT..ITS A BUG!!!

Go for MTN glo is not working.they'll disccounet you if you hack.MTN bis for # 1500 while BBC is #1000.
