EXPOSED‼️ Lebanese officers passed sensitive intelligence to the Shiite terrorist militia Hezbollah and helped them hide weapons. British newspaper The Times reports that the head of military intelligence in southern Lebanon, Suhail Bahij Garb, is believed to have leaked sensitive information to Hezbollah during the ceasefire agreement with Israel. This information enabled Hezbollah to conceal weapons near the border with Israel and avoid detection. What's worse, this intel came from a secure control room operated by the US, France, and UN peacekeepers monitoring the ceasefire. Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich thanks US President Donald Trump for "thinking outside the box" in his proposal to transfer large parts of the Gaza population to neighboring Arab states. "After 76 years in which most of the population of Gaza was held captive under harsh conditions to maintain the ambition to destroy the State of Israel, the idea of helping them find other places to start a new, good life is a great idea. Will Hezbollah exploit the current events (January 26) to influence its proxies in the Lebanese army (Shiite commanders and soldiers) to open fire on IDF forces? According to a statement by the Lebanese army, one soldier was killed and another was wounded as a result of IDF fire in light of the current events in southern Lebanon. In August 2010, a Lebanese army force from Brigade 11 carried out a planned and premeditated sniper fire on an IDF force that was on the Israeli side near the Lebanese village of Adaysa in southern Lebanon. Two IDF officers were killed. The Lebanese army then falsely claimed that the IDF force had crossed the Blue Line. The IDF responded by firing on the Lebanese army, which suffered casualties. The incident served Hezbollah’s narrative well. Hezbollah leader at the time, Hassan Nasrallah, described the incident as heroic. Nasrallah claimed that the incident had "drenched the army-people-resistance equation in blood" and that Hezbollah forces were operating in full coordination with the Lebanese army... From Nasrallah's statements, it was clear that Hezbollah was somehow involved in the decision to carry out the shooting. It is possible that today, in light of the attack on Lebanese army soldiers and the attack on Shiites who entered the villages where entry was prohibited, Hezbollah will act to encourage a physical response by Lebanese army soldiers (Shiites who will in fact be proxies) against the IDF, which will cause further escalation. From Hezbollah's perspective, this is an ideal situation at the present time for the following reasons: active military opposition to the presence of IDF forces in Lebanese territory, Hezbollah does not "pull the trigger" so that it will not be exposed to a response, serves the narrative of the equation in the best possible way, and international pressure will accelerate the process of Israel's withdrawal from Lebanese territory. As the list of surviving hostages narrows, Hamas is trying to mix the living with the dead so the deal will be completed - convinced that the Israeli nation will pressure the Gov for the deal if the hostages are alive. Hence the reason why Hamas wants the exchanges during the Sabbath so half the nation does not witness the cruelty of Hamas turning the hostages into a mockery.
