Serves him right!
What a primitive display of wealth. If you say you have made money, do something meaningful that would write your name in the book of history.

Instead of the one-tune one-beat single-lyric local kind of music they make from that their part of Nigeria, why not establish a music school that will teach the youth from that area how to make good modern and internationally acceptable music?

Employ experienced international capable persons to teach the youth how to compose and write good lyrics, make good beats and all that.

Establish the structure and boldly right your name there, this will have your name immortalized forever. This is the best way of displaying affluence.

While they are busy building international standard Guage lines for themselves and their brothers outside the country, they gave a quack outdated narrow Guage line for the South East and South South.

Anyone (even Peter Obi) who will have the votes of the people of the South East henceforth must sign and seal agreements to build international standard Guage lines for the South East, international standard seaports in Akwa ibom and rivers state, this will be non negotiable.

Some are seating dormant waiting for the new world order (that will be ushered in by an imaginary beast with double horns) while the US is making hard decisions to usher in the new order. The US is aware that if their structure remains as it is, and the new world order emerge, the US will collapse without control. The earlier you understand that things have changed the better for you.

^^^ Nonsense statement!
-- Wike is under Tinubu.
-- The police and other security personnel that protect the assembly members are under Tinubu.
-- A simple phone call from Tinubu would have ended all the bruhaha if he wanted instead of state of emergency.
-- Please please, we all are not fools

Thelimitbreaker:
Truth be told Fubara self bleeped up a bit with some moves he took. All his actions were not well calculated. Although you guyz won't believe for biased reasons but sincerely speaking the emergency state of emergency only saved his black ass from imminent impeachment and political doom. That Tinubu's joker only spared his political career from already impending danger which he was already sure to happen. No wonder he didn't yarn any dust after the state of emergency was declared. Peace Peace Peace! Tinubu defuse this tension right now. Call the boys to open gate for the governor to present the budget, after which the boys should mellow down. Rivers funds should be released to them and the local government chairmen should be called back or another election held. The governor should pay the house members immediately the state funds are released. Like play like play, this issue should not be allowed to escalate.

If you allow this brewing crisis to occur, the advise above will still be the end game and by then lots of damages and losses might have been recorded.
Call those boys right now Tinubu.

Long lasting solution to the recent societal issues

The governments across the East must collaborate with their various house of assembly to make laws to sanitize religious practices. The recent shenanigans must be tactically stopped.

1. Before you are approved to work as a junior pastor in any church, you must have a masters degree from a reputable theological institution with other stringent requirements including clean character, you can't just go and interpret what you don't know in the name of "calling this and calling that".
2. Before you are approved to work as a senior pastor in any church, you must have a PhD from a reputable theological institution with several years of experience and other stringent requirements.
3. Before you are approved to open a church or prayer ministry or any religious organization, you must have a PhD from a reputable theological institution with several years of experience, mentorship from a respected church owner, clean character and other stringent requirements.

4. Before you are approved to work as an assistant native doctor in any shrine, you must have a masters degree from a reputable witchcraft/traditional institution with other stringent requirements including clean character, you can't just go and do whatever you like and get away with it.
5. Before you are approved to work as a senior native doctor in any shrine, you must have a PhD from a reputable witchcraft/traditional institution with several years of experience and other stringent requirements.
6. Before you are approved to open a shrine or any traditional religious organization, you must have a PhD from a reputable witchcraft/traditional institution with several years of experience, mentorship from a respected shrine owner, clean character and other stringent requirements.

7. Before you are approved to work as an imam or Muslim cleric in any mosque you must have a masters degree from a reputable muslim theological institution with other stringent requirements including clean character, you can't just go and interpret what you don't know in the name of calling this, calling that.
8. Before you are approved to work as a senior imam/clearic in any mosque, you must have a PhD from a reputable islamic theological institution with several years of experience and other stringent requirements.
9. Before you are approved to open a mosque or any Islamic prayer ministry or any islamic religious organization, you must have a PhD from a reputable Islamic theological institution with several years of experience, mentorship from a respected mosque owner, clean character and other stringent requirements.

Existing religious institutions and preachers should be given one year to meet these requirements or close down.

Even foreign guest preachers invited to preach or foreigners who want to open any religious organization must meet these requirements with more scrutiny.

This will not in anyway infringe on anyone's right to worship. It will not work against the existing constitutional rights to association or worship rather it will strengthen it.

If there are requirements to become a banker, lawyer, doctor and all that,  they should be requirements to become a cleric.

They actions of the clerics, priests and pastors have direct impacts on men, women, youths, families and the society at large and thus should not be left for anything that goes, as it is right now.

Note: I'm a born again Christian but what we have witnessed in recent years calls for check and balances in these religious  institutions.

How much was taken from Imo, Abia and Anambra oil and gas? Don't be mischievous, tell the whole story.

Lagos wants to keep their vat despite being built with coal and oil money from Enugu and other states. The north has kept it's gold, now Lagos wants to keep the country's collective vat.

Remember, once this vat succeeds, full resource control will be pushed and activated. You cannot keep the nation's collective vat, turn around to also take the natural resources from ss and se.

Imo is not useless. They're selling large chunk of Imo state's gas and giving them stipend from what is actually made from the state.

Deathisreal2024:
What could be the reason why imo state is so so useless,

The main purpose of this report is to redicle some states and also to divert attention. Why not just introduce resource control. Instead of beating around the bush, control the resources from your state (including vat) and pay tax to the center, why is this difficult to do?
mankan2k7:
So Ekiti state generated more VAT than Enugu, IMO, Ebonyi, Abia?

Tax reform is welcome
