For me eating healthy/exercise does d trick.cutting down sugar intakes n increasing d intake of fibres/vegetables/drinking lots of water/having good sleep @ d rite tym does d trick 2 n least I 4 4get,offcourse good lovemaking not sex is very important.lots of calories r burnt during orgasms.
