Please what is the payment plan?
I want to know the payment plan before making payment.
I have gone through their website and am not understanding it.

Please who has used boarder pass to apply for study permit.
Centennial college is requesting I apply for my study permit with boarder pass because they are partnering with them.

Each time I request for pal to enable me apply for my study permit, they kept referring me to boarder pass.
