I am still wondering how hard it is for him to just open the portal. At least for a week. Instead of making students to have extra year without failing any course. And it is the intelligent students that are affected by this harsh decision.

of course he will. That is not fair at all. We all know how the economy is right now. It is even hard for most families to feed.
