American music star and pregnant mum, beyonce has threaten to sue nigerian beauty company in a multi-million dollar suit, for copyright infringement, the said nigerian company allegedly used beyonce'e hit song in 2009, "Sweet Dreams" to post an advert for their company.
Beyonce's Parkwood Entertainment also threaten to drag nigerian goverment to court, if the advert is not taken down.
A quick look on the nigerian company instagram page shows the the said advert is still there.

Mrs Mutiatu Olaosebikan, 37, on Friday
told an Igando Customary Court in Lagos
that her husband, Sunday, usually
discharged his sperm on the floor during
sexual intercourse (withdrawal method).
Mutiatu, a trader, whose husband sought
for dissolution of their seven-year-old
marriage, said that the petitioner did not
want her to get pregnant again after
having a child. She said, “My husband is
in the habit of disposing of his sperm on
the floor during intercourse.“He does
not want me to get pregnant; he no
longer releases sperm into me when we
have sex. “He started this withdrawal
method five years ago; I only have one
child who is six years old now. “My
husband can go more than six rounds,
but will never release the sperm into
me, instead he pours it on the floor.
“Whenever I queried him about the
withdrawal method he uses, he failed to
give me a satisfactory answer.” The
respondent said that her estranged
husband was an untamed chatterbox. He
said, “My husband is talkative, he talks
too much and he cannot keep the family
secrets. He is in the habit of sharing our
family issues with his relatives, friends
and the public. “There was a day I was
attacked spiritually; blood was gushing
out of my eyes, nose and mouth. “When I
was rushed to a prayer house, I was told
that my husband caused the sickness
because he talks too much about out
affair to the public.” The respondent
also described her husband as tight-
fisted. “My husband is very stingy; he
does not give me money. I have been the
one taking care of our baby from birth
till now,’’ she said. The mother of one
said that her husband had also turned
her into a punching bag. She said, “I have
scars all over my body as proof of his
abuse anytime we have a
misunderstanding, he would beat the
hell out of me.” She urged the court to
grant petitioner’s request for the
dissolution of the marriage. She said, “I
also want the marriage to be dissolved;
I’m tired of the marriage.” The
Petitioner, Sunday, 42, had approached
the court to end the marriage over
alleged threat to life. Sunday, a
businessman, said that Mutiatu always
threatened to kill him. He said, “My wife
is after my life; she stabs me with
dangerous weapons whenever we have
a misunderstanding. “She once stabbed
me with a broken bottle on my head and
I bled heavily which landed me in the
hospital. “Whenever we have a
disagreement, she brings out knife
threatening to stab me. “She is just
aggressive and violent in nature; she
may kill me one day if I continue with
the marriage.” Sunday said that he was
not interested in her having another
child from her due to his wife’s violent
nature. “Due to her stubbornness and
violent nature, I avoid getting her
pregnant by using condom or withdrawal
method. “ I don’t want any baby from
her again,’’ he said. The petitioner
begged the court to terminate the union
on the ground of lack of love. The
president of the court, Mr Adegboyega
Omilola, adjourned the case to April 25
for further hearing. (NAN)

Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, says those alleging that President Buhari has lost his voice due to his undisclosed ailment, need to prove it. He said this when he spoke to state house correspondents in Abuja today.

When asked to react to allegations that President Buhari has lost his voice due to his ailment, Adesina said


"Those people need to prove it. He spoke with President Trump. Did Trump say he did not speak with Nigerian President. Anybody can allege anything. My message to Nigerians is that let us learn to believe our leaders. This is a man we elected into office and he says no cause to worry, let us believe him".

Adesina added that it is only President Buhari that can disclose the type of ailment that he is currently suffering from.

"Don’t you know that the Hippocratic Oath even forbids a doctor from speaking about the condition of his patient except the patient authorises it? It is only the patient himself who can speak about what he is going through. This is the person going through these series of tests and rest and he says no cause to worry. Let us believe that" he said

He says it is what President Buhari tells him to say to Nigerians that he says.

"I speak for somebody. I do not speak for myself. So it is what he tells me to say that I say and the statement transmitted to me is that the president needs to rest for some further time”.

Over we have seen how south africans counterparts has been hostile to the foriegners living in the country especially nigerians, accusing them of wrong doings and also taking laws into their hands, recently they looted and destroyed a celestine church, which they also mob the pastor, who was a foriegner in the country.

What Is The Reason Behind This?
When we ask ourselves this question, we seem not to get an answer, why is it so?
If you take a close look on this xenophobic attacks, you will notice that it is the 'blacks' in south africa that partake in this jungle justice act.
Most of the huge companies there like MTN, Shoprite etc, are are owned by the whites living in the country. They (blacks) attacked the foriegners who owns small business entity, venting their anger on innocent ones and also accusing them of some crimes, of which they are guilty of or not!

The reason behind this is job unemployment, if they were employed, things like this won't happen, they blame the SA goverment for thinking of foriengers than the citizens, so for me, i won't say that this attacks are be done because of the crimes committed, it is done because of the 'hate' vetted out..

What Is The Way Out?
These people need orientation!, the government should provide jobs to their citizens, 46.2% of blacks living in south africa (according to reports) live a wayward life, this definetly is a huge figure, because 80% of SA population is of the blacks.
