Similar, mine was on the 5th responded on the 6th, sent paid mail today got generic response....it is well, it will end in praise for us all!

What they mean but probably don't want to say is, they have not made a decision on your application which is wild. This won't affect your application o am just asking, do you have a past visa denial?

Biometrics was on the 10th Dec and the NSF mail came in on the 23rd dec to provide proof of Employment since 2011 which I responded to on the 24th with my 3months pay slip, promotion letter, letter of introduction from my place of work and certificates from trainings attended, been expecting to hear from this people nothing since then. I tried a paid mail this noon and this is the response I got, am a bit confused anyone with such experience??

Na you be patient o ...I thought that when NSF mail is sent such applicants would be responded to immediately they receive the requested infor, observe it and make a decision so that they can continue with others, but e b like say UKVI system different o. Still will end in congratulations...

I actually responded the next day attached all documents and sent it the next morning, sent a paid mail today and was told the usual "your application is being considered and currently awaiting a decision" since on the 6th of January far, got the NSF on the 5th. Some1 already testified, and he got his decision on the 10th after responding to the NSF. It is well...

Wow! 10th of January and u just got TLS mail today 13th, meaning when u tracked it before today it was still at DMC....well, I tap into yours, congrates again, mine is still at DMC

The question is how many people get denied after getting NSF mail/request
and they replied with the requested documents?....if the ECO has any other possible reason to deny an application, why request for additional documents, and then deny the applicant for a document/information already provided during application? They have the discretion not to request for additional documents if for any other reason the applicant application can be denied.
