Here is the procedure for the AGO we intend to bring in for those your people send it to them and let the go through it if he can wok with it we move on very fast.


PROCEDURE:
1. The Buyer and the Seller sign SPA including their banking coordinates
2. Buyers Bank issues Irrevocable Bank Payment Undertaking (IBPU) for the required quantity (+/-) at the agreed price per litre as a POF.
3. Sellers’s bank within 72 hours of confirmation of Buyers IBPU (Bank to Bank) opens a Letter of Credit {LC} with the refinery for the agreed quantity.
4. Seller issues to Buyers bank Proof of Product (POP) Bank to Bank.
5. Buyer bank upon receipt of POP issues a verifiable Bank guarantee to Sellers bank.
6. Seller forwards the original hard copy of the POP to Buyers bank.
7. Seller informs the Buyer on arrival of the cargo for final inspection (Q&Q) by Buyers inspectors at Buyers cost.
8. Seller’s vessel discharges into buyers waiting vessel and every document as agreed transferred to Buyer.

Price: US$ 780 per metric ton(In equivalent to Naira exchange rate per litre).

Send it to them and get the buyer response.
Please let them send it to the buyer direct so he should be able to look at it and if he agrees we move on or if any comment we know how resolve it in time not when one broker hold on to the whole thing at last all our effort will be wasted.
Get back to me asap with positive response.Note that the PMS price is note yet stated,once the procedure are acceptable then seller issues the price(PMS)
