And this so called minimum wage isn't truly implemented cos in most cases, the employer decides how much you're paid.. for instance, I know a girl who is a pre- school teacher in Adabraka and she's paid ghc250 a month.. so, if the so called minimum wage is implemented, why would she be paid ghc250

Take access to water for example, I can tell you that 45 percent of Accra residents don't have pipebonne water.. I can list alot of areas in Accra that doesn't have public but they claim over 80 percent of their citizens are connected to public..
Over 80 percent of the houses in Accra aren't built with toilets in them ..
They just build the houses, rent them at very expensive amount and you pay two years rent advance and have to go out to shower and poo in the public commercial toilets built by individuals every morning and evening
