we also communicate client problems to bank technical team through a computer software . once i fill the clients email complain into the form in the software, the engineers and tech teams will be alerted immediately of the complain in their office. if within 2days, it is not rectified, I match and run into tech department to ask them to treat it.

my Work na just to wear expensive suit go work to be opening and reading bank emails and also picking customer complaining phone calls. thats just what I was employed to do. we were more than 6 in customer care with my job description.
THATS WHY YEARS LATER WHEN I WENT TO EUROPE AND MI NAIJA BANK DEBITED ME 20K NAIRA, I SIMPLY BODLY AND CONFIDENTLY SENT EMAIL ( my email contained the complaint/problem plus NIN number +Acc nos+full names+ nigeria telephone nos linked to account ) AND THE MATTER WAS RECTIFIED SUCCESSFULLY . THESE DAYS, BANKS EVEN HAVE WHATSAPP CONTACTS FOR AN AGENT TO CHAT YOU UP. and you can drag them on twitter

I was looking for where to quickly buy bitcoin with naira yesterday when market was seriously down, na so I sey make I try Luno o.

Firstly, this unfortunate platform removed almost 3k out of 100k deposited to my wallet. They removed another 5k when I bought Bitcoin and when I was about to transfer it, I was told to wait for a hopping 24 hours.

24 hours reach when I received another shock, they only supporting Bitcoin chain on transfer network. I said OK, let me just manage it, but instead received another short of network charges, which is more than more than amount I wanted to send.

I use vex want to withdraw my naira only to face another charges of about 2k. In total, I lost 10k out of 100k to this useless platform. I have deleted their app, and I will never use them again forever.

My question is that, who the hell is using that kind of exchange or platform in Nigeria?

Abeg if you know a legit platform to buy bitcoin, please message me through Nairaland PM option or quote me with your mail.
