can somebody just reply me asap?

pls i need an information concerning my france visa application.......i went to Vfs lagos to submit the application and did my biometric same day as well....a refrence number was giving to me and when i traked it online it says my application has been received at thd france embassy since 03/04/2016 but when i tracked it again after 14 days of processing it says invalid input can somebody just please tell me what is wrong and why saying invalid input when tracking
