Anyone out there who works in the Land department or have done within the last year 2023/2024 a Certificate of Occupancy from start to finish IN DELTA STATE, please verify that this below are the correct fees:

CofO fee (Residential) N225,000 per plot
Inspection reports N60,000
Stamp duty -5.5 % of land value
PRO N100,000
Logistics N30,000

PLEASE TELL ME THE PRICE AND DESCRIPTION OF ANY OTHER COSTS OR FEES NOT MENTIONED ABOVE THAT YOU INCURRED.

I REPEAT IN DELTA STATE, I do not want to know what occurred in another state. Also please confirm the following:

- The full address where you go to start this process
- Do you need a legal professional or can you do it on your own
- How long from start to finish did it take
- What percentage or deposit was allowed when the process started
