Should have posted this earlier but ve mostly been offline. Saw lamentations following Isner's loss..

For tennis stakers, always be cautious when staking on high ranked players when playing competitions days before a slam. It is possible that they fake injuries, retire or just lose outrightly to low ranked opponents so as to rest/prepare well before the slam
