Bro, don't fool yourself with that. Hot3 is different from Hot2. Hot3 gets updates from Infinix while hot 2 gets updates from Google himself because it is an Androidone device. So don't compare them, if u root ur phone you might not be able to install d July patch update or the Android 7.0 nougat when it is finally released publicly and distributed. Prevention is better than cure, it's better not to root your phone so that u won't end up flashing your phone

No dude, download marshmallow romdump for hot2 by Googling it, and flash it ,don't bother downloading d Android 5.1.1 agn, that's a long step

Hope your phone is not rooted if so don't try to update just go and flash it manually, and to update you have to look for a good hotspot not the one on mobile phone, some thing more like a wifi modem or router
