Pls I am planning to visit Rwanda by dec on 5 days visit, I am fully vaccinated. pls will I still need have the PCR negative certificate before I board a flight from Nigeria. Secondly after I get there I was told I will need to pay 60 dollar at the airport for PCR test. will I still need to pay another 60 dollar for another PCR test before I board a flight back to Nigeria?..
