I get this "The database has been placed in a state by user 'Bleep' on machine 'mmm' that prevents it from being opened or locked. - 3704" message when I try to open an MS Acces file. The file was created in the same version I run and several of my colleagues are able to open the file with no trouble. Does anyone know what this message is or why it is occurring?
