Go to cafe with ur waec/gce/neco exam slip,tell woeva dia dat u wan to print ur result out,then take it to princirpal office to sign it for u.wit ur principal signature unilag wil accept it,reason it dat d result is nt more dan 2yrs old bt if its den go to waec office to ask for d certificate.v
