The challenges was when 3 various customers scams us on pay on delivery..

Then we use to do pay on delivery
When my delivery got to the wrong destination , they collected the order and lied that they have made payment, when the guy was dragging with them, they pour some powder in his eye..
To overcome this, we quickly identified the issue and implemented a series of measures.
