Does anyone know anyone who has worked with FundQuest Nigeria?

The update there is that it is a funny place to work o.

From the interview it looks all well and good but wanting to work there and speaking with ex-employers na there eye open o.

That who runs FundQuest Finance Company in Lagos is a Verbally and Psychologically abusive ED - Bisi Oni, hate the staff well being and mental health. It has culture that only hires fresh graduates and discard them after about 3 years and rehire fresh graduates .... and then hire experienced hire to train the fresh graduates, and still fire the experienced hire after a year or 2.

He talks down on employees, send degrading emails. Harsh tones. Insultive chats and very demeaning to the mental health of staff.

Why are employers like this? Them go soon start hire again. Wahala for who work for this kind place o. Oluwa Sanuuu
