Lost my phone with his contact. If you dey Lagos go computer village for Ikeja opposite Police Post, they have an office there.

Also does the swift SIM card work on a 4g phone. Like Xiaomi Redmi note 7?

Yes. If your phone supports band 40 (2300mHz)

Good day Boss! How do I activate the merit plan please?

Send an email to customer service.

saint2ace:
The merit plan is a capped plan with unlimited download specific to a time frame, so it's capped that's why you can do that speed. But for the advertised unlimited plan, my brother it's throttled but not capped.

U speaking from experience cos I have both the merit and the unlimited plan

Toh

saint2ace:
Maybe not a data cap but the speed is throttled and can be embarrassing most times. That 3MB and 6MB things are just scams . Used it for awhile the one of 20500 and had to switch to Airtel 120GB Router bundle for 20k

Depends on your location then. I've never experienced speed throttling on Swift at all.
Even with the Merit plan of 2 weeks I'm able to download upwards 300GB

purplekayc:
All ISPs have data cap

Swift unlimited doesn't.
