Buying a new laptop with lower specifications with #300k or buying a UK or used laptop with high specifications with #150k-#170k, which is more advisable?
I am considering the risk attached in buying used or UK used laptop.

Both are risky. However, if you buy from a reputable company, it reduces the risk.

You can buy from DreamWorks or computer warehouse at ikeja to get a good one and comes with at least 1 year warranty or you can buy used one from me which comes with a guarantee that I'd resolve any issues that comes up cause I'm also a laptop technician. ☺️.

The first one shows the base frequency, the second did not state, just showed the speed it can be boosted to. Just confirm the one with the higher speed and if possible with SSD drive for storage, they are usually faster.

Core i3 can serve a lot of purpose, although depends on what you want to use it for.
