The first one shows the base frequency, the second did not state, just showed the speed it can be boosted to. Just confirm the one with the higher speed and if possible with SSD drive for storage, they are usually faster.

Core i3 can serve a lot of purpose, although depends on what you want to use it for.

both systems has almost similar specs. but the first system has higher turbo speed of 4.1ghz versus 3.6ghz of the second system. both are touchscreen. the second system is only more recent than the first one as it already has upgradability to windows 11 Os
