Go to the police station and report him first. Inform them of everything that happened, and show them evidence of the business transaction and how he refused to balance you the remaining cash.

Tell them how you used your brother's (make sure you tell the police that the people you used was your brother and cousins) to make him pay up cos it's a family business and the guy was holding down your family's capital.

Then inform them how the guy decided to change the whole story into you robbing him and threatening him. Once you can make your statement first, there's nothing he can do. Cos the police will invite him and warn him not to lay a finger on you or try anything stupid.

He'll have no choice than to make peace. And make sure you avoid any kind or form of business dealings with him.

Now you use his words against him "watch your back", tell him you have a police contact that is aware of the ordeal between both of you, and if anything happens to you, he will be arrested, as you have given his contacts and address to them.

But make sure you have a police friend, whom you can voice this to and let them advice you on the best course of action, but you pay some royalties, its not bribe to side you ooo, that will backfire if the case goes to court, tell them its pure water money or money for malt. Let them gat your back anytime you run into trouble.

Don't let people mess you up like this. Have strategic contacts, military, police, customs and the likes. Next time directly involve the police even if you will part with some money, its the surest way, you are safe on all front, but now yourself have skeletons. Just be careful.

he's an empty threat. how could he have possibly had the scene recorded when he wasn't inform of the impending hijack.

just leave him and don't reply his treat whether written or orally, cus you might get roped.

all you just need to do is to text him this. "If you continue to threaten me or any of my family members with death for retrieving my money you scammed me of, I will have no other option but to report you to the police" keep the txt on your phone.

Tho I’m ready as well... but I don’t know if I should involve the police first before him or what if he did not involve the police and disguise that it’s threat..

Thanks cuz I’m really scared of what might happen next.. he even threatened that I should send him his money back which he knows he owes me.. he said I should be watching my back that anything can happen to me anytime

Good evening house.. I’ll be brief this
I made a transaction with a guy worth millions (he bought goods from me ) and so he paid me the money but remains 600k.. cuz they blocked his account, he promised to pay me since last year up till last week he did not pay me.. he even threatened he won’t give me my money .. so I thought of to arrange some boys to carry him and tell him to send the money in my presence.. so they did that and he paid it that same day cuz he has more than the money in his other bank account but just don’t want to pay me the money initially.. so they did that without touching him or beating him .. now he’s threatening he’s gonna inform the police that I arranged some guys to rob him and beat him which is not true saying he has some evidence and recordings... he even threatened to take police to arrest my family.. now I’m just afraid what will this lead to if he eventually inform the police and the police says I should produce the guys.. I don’t know what to do anymore tho he owed me the money but I’m thinking what will happen next.. please guys if you’re in my shoes what will you do
