For me Turp is very effective, it's tested ND trusted, after d treatment is been carried out within 24 hrs d person can be able to pee by him self. It expensive, bt no amount is too expensive wen it comes to life.

Transurethral resection of d prostate,it doesn't involve an open surgery,by d use of a machine,d prostate is sucked out.

Y not go for TURP instead of open surgery.
